View of the Sound and east facing balcony. The apartment consists of 3 large rooms and is well-appointed with wifi, TV, soundbar, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is new and comes with all the accessories. 10 minutes by train to city and 5 minutes walk to lovely beach, harbor and good restaurants and good shopping just around the corner. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is fully furnished. There is free parking. The surroundings are quiet and are known as Copenhagen's well-being district.

Tolle Zeit in Kopenhagen

Eine Woche Zeit, um die schöne Stadt Kopenhagen kennenzulernen. Dazu eine tolle Wohnung, von der aus wir mit den Fahrrädern täglich in die Stadt gefahren sind. Vor dem Haus ein Parkplatz für das Auto und im Hinterhof die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder unterzustellen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können die Wohnung der Familie Svendsen nur empfehlen.

Tolle Vorstadtlage mit guter Verbindung ins Zentrum

Kopenhagen ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Tolle lebendige und moderne Stadt am Wasser mit viel royaler Historie. Vom Apartment aus sind wir entweder in 20 Minuten in die Stadt geradelt (Räder kann man im Innenhof gesichert abstellen) oder mit dem Zug ins Zentrum gefahren (10 Min. zu Fuß zum Bhf. u. 12 Min. Fahrt ins Zentrum; unter Tags im 5 Min. Takt, nachts alle 15 Min.). Die Wohnung liegt in einem noblen Vorort mit eigener Infrastruktur (zahlreiche Cafés, Eisdielen, Restaurants, Fastfoodläden, Boutiquen usw.). Die Wohnung ist wohl vom Besitzer selbst bewohnt, denn die Schränke sind voller privater Sachen des Vermieters (also eher eine Privatwohnung als eine Fewo). Die Übergabe war problemlos, der Kontakt vorbildlich. Die Küchenutensilien könnten teilweise sauberer sein oder mal erneuert werden.

Wonderfull place to discover Sealand

Lovely, very well equiped appartment in a nice neighborhood of Copenhagen, between city and sea. Shops around the corner and public transport a few minutes away. The sights and museums just max. 20 minutes away! Couldn’t be better!

Gemütliche Wohnung für 2

Bei unserer Ankunft hat Niels uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und viel heller als auf den Bildern. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich Menschen leben und es kein anonymer Agenturanbieter ist - sehr sympathisch! Besonders die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet, es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht, von der Salatschüssel bis zu einer großen Auswahl scharfer Messer für alle Belange. In anderen Wohnungen fehlte uns immer etwas. Auf dem kleinen Balkon, der vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar ist, scheint am Vormittag die Sonne. Wir hatten wahnsinniges Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten dort schon Mitte April die Frühlingssonne genießen. Ansonsten hat uns die ruhige und zugleich zentrale Lage gefallen. Lebensmittel bekommt man gleich um die Ecke, und es gibt gleich zwei gute Eisläden in der Querstraße - was will man mehr :-) Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und haben die entspannte Fahrt mit IC und S-Bahn nach Hellerup genossen. Ein Auto braucht man hier wirklich nicht. Kopenhagen ist in 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen, und wer ein bisschen ins Grüne möchte, sollte die Gegend um das Jagdschloss Eremitage nördlich von Kopenhagen besuchen - ein großes Waldgebiet, in dem Damhirsche auf dem zugehörigen Golfplatz grasen. Sowas gibt es wohl nur in Dänemark! Auch dorthin fährt man nur ein paar Minuten mit der Bahn und ist sofort im Grünen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
