I rent a beautiful modern 150 m² villa with pool and reversible air-conditioning. This accommodation is new (2011) with new equipment and furniture (2013).
2-storey house which rooms of the ground floor have direct access to the terrace and the pool
On the first floor, there are panoramic views of the pond of Vendres
There is a summer kitchen with barbecue and sink and sunloungers and garden table for 10 at your disposal.
Sunny pool until nightfall
Secured pool with perimeter alarm system and heated in July and September
Outdoor toilet
To relax, a professional table football, a pinball machine and a table tennis table are at your disposal.
You can easily park thanks to a large space in front of the villa where you can also take part in a nice game of boules.
Close to beaches (5 min) and all amenities (10 min): shopping centre, banks, doctor, cinema and restaurants.

Wir haben es genossen

Wir habe mit Freunden ein Woche in der tollen Villa verbringen dürfen. Für Mitte Oktober war das Wetter sogar so gut, dass wir den schönen Pool nutzen könnten. Überhaupt ist der Pool mit dem Außenbereich eines der Highlights der Villa. Fehlen dar auch nicht die super ausgestattete Gaming-Zone des Hauses in der Garage, für alle Altersgruppen war was dabei. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über zwei separate Schlafbereiche mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Für uns ideal. Sie Kommunikation, Check-In und -Out, alles lief reibungslos. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Herbstferien in Vendres

Es ist ein sehr geräumiges und luxuriöses Haus. Komplett und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind gross und praktisch. Die Küche ist funktional und grosszügig angeordnet. Der grosse Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Der Aussenbereich mit dem wunderbaren Pool den vielen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Outdoor-Küche mit Cheminée und die Aussentoilette. Die Doppelgarage ist zu einem Spielzimmer umfunktioniert worden und bietet nebst einem Pingpongtisch auch einen Billardtisch, einen Tischfussballkasten sowie einen Flipperautomaten. Ganz praktisch ist auch der zusätzliche Kühl-/Gefrierschank sowie die Waschmaschine. Die Vermieter/Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen.

There is a large ground in front of the villa to easily park your car and take part in a game of boules or football.
You want to enjoy our region before or after the high season?
Do not hesitate anymore, we heat the pool in June and September
In addition, you will fully enjoy the beach or visit our beautiful region without the tourist crowds of the high season.
