Modern house very pleasant to live in 7 mm from Vendres beach near Vendres lake 34350 classified as protected site (Natura 2000) From huts as well as from the port of Chichoulet, the Aude river, the Hérault, the Orb 10 minutes from the Canal du Midi and the 9 locks of Fonséranes, Béziers, 15mm from Narbonne, 10mm from Valras, 25mm from Pezenas, the Hérault gorges and many other sites. (Carcassonne, Spain 1 hour, Pont du Gard, St Guilhem le Désert, site of the Gorges d'Héric 35 km from Lake Salagou Devil's Bridge, Andorra, from the yellow train line to Villefranche Pyrenean Oriental 1:30)

An amazing 2 weeks.

This house was amazing. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great stay. The property has everything you would want for a great holiday. From the pool to the bbq to the electric bikes and more, this house is perfect. Patrice was so easy to deal with and made us feel right at home. Wonderful!!!

Elena and Patrice were wonderful before and during our stay. Every time we had questions, they were promptly answered. The house is very well kept and organized, everyone in our group had a wonderful time. The swimming pool is pristine, it was definitely a surprise to see how the automated cleaning system works so well! The water was perfect every single day. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet, we could safely walk with our dogs every night. The only problem I saw was the listing stating that the house has 4 bedrooms, when in fact it has only 3 actual bedrooms. The 4th place where the guests can sleep is an annex to the garage, in a different floor, which was turned into a leisure room. The leisure room itself is very nice, with comfortable couches, projector and gym equipment, but it is in a different floor of the house and it has no air conditioning (it wasn’t hot at any time of the day or night, but warmer than the rest of the house and a bit humid as it has no windows). We used it almost every day because it was like a cinema, very cool, but the children that were supposed to sleep in the 4th bedroom ended up sharing the parents' bedroom (the bedroom was big enough to accommodate everyone). If we knew the house was so nice, we would have booked 2 weeks instead of one! We planned to go to the beach but ended up staying in the house the entire time because it was just wonderful! Thank you Elena and Patrice for welcoming our group! We hope to see you next summer.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt – alles war sauber und entsprach genau den Bildern. Besonders die Küche hat uns begeistert: Sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wie bereits erwähnt, befindet sich das zweite Badezimmer im Keller, was uns jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Auch die Wendeltreppe dorthin war für uns kein Problem. Das Haus bietet viele Extras wie Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte und weitere Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass der Gastgeber uns angeboten hat, bereits früher einzuchecken – das war sehr angenehm.Die Lage ist ideal: Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn, am Strand und bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Patrice war ein äusserst sympathischer Gastgeber, hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles ausführlich erklärt. Auch der Check-out verlief völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, das zweite Badezimmer ist im Keller und ist gleichzeitig Waschküche und Abstellraum, in den Keller muss man über eine enge Wendeltreppe, die für Kinder oder Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen schwierig ist. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut, es stehen 5 Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte etc. zur Verfügung. Wir empfanden die Check-in Zeit 18:00 Uhr als sehr spät, konnten aber nach telefonischer Rücksprache bereits um 17:00 Uhr einchecken. Patrice ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, Einweisung war sehr ausführlich. Check-out auch problemlos.

Séjour délicieux

Une semaine délicieuse dans un cadre délicieux. Une maison idéale pour deux couples et deux enfants. Nous avons usé et abusé de la chaude et belle piscine et de la mer située à quelques minutes en voiture de la maison. Celle-ci est parfaitement équipée, de la cuisine au sous-sol. Autant l'intérieur que l'extérieur sont aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. Merci à Elena et Patrice pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Ferienhaus von Elena und Patrice verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Betten und Matratzen waren ausgesprochen gut und bequem, was wir in Südfrankreich sonst noch nie erlebt hatten. Da das Wetter Ende September immer noch sehr heiss war, haben wir sehr von dem gemütlichen Garten und dem beheizten Swimmingpool profitiert. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus nur empfehlen.

Fijn huis met mooi zwembad

Fijn huis met een heel fijn zwembad. Patrice en zijn vrouw zijn aller aardigst. Bij aankomst een zelfgemaakte abricozentaart, heerlijk, en een fles rose. Beide spreken geen engels dus af en toe een beetje behelpen maar met google translate kom je een heel eind. In het huis werkt veel automatisch dus je moet goed op letten bij de uitleg. Ook is er maar 1 setje sleutels beschikbaar dus met 2 gezinnen wordt dat goed plannen. Aan de sleutels zit nl de afstandsbediening van de garage, luiken etc. Keuken is volledig ingericht, iedere dag kun je uit een ander servies kiezen. Airco in de kamers en in de woonkamer zjn heel fijn, douche is super. In de garage staan electrische fietsen, die mag je gewoon lenen, ook een tafeltennistafel is aanwezig, die hebben we veel gebruikt. Bedjes bij het zwembad zijn er genoeg en schaduw is er ook. Buiten BBQ met buiten keuken is ook heel fijn. Het enige minpunt is dat de 4e kamer in de kelder naast de garage is gelegen. Het is een hele grote ruimte dus geen van de kinderen wilde er slapen. De omgeving is leuk, cap d'agde, narbonne, beziers en het strand is op 7 minuten rijden. Supermarkt op 10 min rijden, alles dus dicht in de buurt. Wij hebben een mooie week gehad en komen graag nog een keer terug!

Superbe vacances en famille.

Location idéale pour famille. Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires dès notre arrivée (petites attentions). La piscine est super pour les grands enfants et les plus petits. Wunderschönes Haus an ruhiger Lage mit Garten, schönem Pool, Sonnenliegen. Aircon in jedem Zimmer, super Küche (auch outdoor), grosser Hobbyraum mit Billlard, Tischtennis, Dart; Velos zur Nutzung - sehr empfehlenswert. Boulangerie in der Nähe, Carrfour 10 min mit dem Auto. Dazu wurden wir von Patrice und Elena mit einer Flasche Wein und einer leckeren Tarte empfangen.

L'annonce correspond tout à fait à la réalité. Très belle maison avec un chouette et agréable extérieur!! Magnifique piscine chauffée entre 30 et 32°, très facile d'entrer dans l'eau 😉 "Petite plage" moins profonde pour les petits, nos filles se sont éclatées!! Les p'tites partie de billards sont sympas aussi! Maison climatisée, ce qui est très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et serviables! Une très bonne tarte et un p'tit rosé bien frais dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Merci encore à Patrice et Elena pour cette gentille attention et pour leur accueil!! Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés et y retournerons avec plaisir.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Vendres

Der Aufenthalt im Haus von Patrice und Elena war sehr schön. Elena und Patrice sind zwei herzliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einer leckeren Tarte und einer Flasche Wein persönlich begrüßt und haben eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung bekommen. Das Haus bietet genug Platz und alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight! Unsere Kinder haben ihn jeden Tag genossen. Vorallem bei den Temperaturen über 30 Grad eine angenehme Erfrischung. Vendres ist kleines Dorf. Dort findet man zwei gute Bäcker und einen kleinen Laden, wo man Fehlendes wie Obst/Gemüse etc mal eben schnell besorgen kann ohne direkt nach Serignan fahren zu müssen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind ebenfalls gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für diejenigen, die die Umgebung erkunden möchten, ist Vendres ebenfalls einer guter Ausgangspunkt. Man erreicht viele Städte am Meer und im Landesinneren gut.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, mit ALLEM Komfort. Behindertengerecht, wenn ma mal von der etwas kleinen Toilette absieht. Allerdings im Keller eine größere, die außen herum auch barrierefrei zu erreichen ist. Alles sehr gepflegt, der Pool zwar Salzwasser, aber so schwach, dass man es wirklich nicht gemerkt hat. Temperiert auf 29 Grad.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht !

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dem Haus von Patrice verbracht und alles war super . Die Betten sind seht gut was wichtig ist wennn man 2 Wochen in den ferien ist. Er ist als Gastgeber hervorragend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus bietet viele möglichkeiten. Wir würden zu jeder Zeit zurück kommen
