Seychelles being a touristic Island makes it ideal for one to venture and try their luck in the Tourism industry, which is becoming more and more popular around the world. I listed my first property online two years ago and the reviews and comments from the hosted guest are very encouraging.

Why they chose this property
- The property is located in a very peaceful community. - There are a few local shops in the area and 3 restaurants and fast food takeaways. In addition,Guest may also visit the biodiversity center,Turquiose horse riding center and famous beaches in this region. The area is very safe, all beaches are accessible and there is no reported incident regarding the safety of visitors over the last few years. I highly recommend this area for visitors.
What makes this property unique
A newly built 3 story building with a unique design, located in the middle of nature and just a short ride of 5 min to the nearest beach (Avani Beach). The Building consisting of 3 apartment is adjacent to the owner's property, therefore, any issues or inquiries may be sorted out by the owner on site.
