**Elegant Spacious Holiday Home in private park**

The Elegant home is the ideal location for family and friends to gather to enjoy special occasions making this a unique spacious property and an all year around holiday destination.
Housed over two floors. The converted stables in the Curtilage of The Main House contains preserved original features i.e high open beam ceilings on the second floor. Situated in a beautiful conservation park 5 minutes walk from Sefton Park and Otters Pool promenade it is in a sought after area of Liverpool.

The Space

Housed across the second floor 3 spacious double bedrooms , 1 single bedroom with 2 travel coats , 2 high chairs and a single bed and the family bathroom with corner bath, shower and sink.

Elegant home contains everything guests may need to enjoy a comfortable luxurious stay and a wonderful nights sleep i.e. bathrobes, slippers and toiletries.

As we enter the front door to the right hand side the ground floor bathroom consists of disabled wheelchair access toilet with lift and walk in wet room. Along side is a 1 double spacious bedroom.

A well equipped kitchen and there's is always an abundance of tea and coffee and ice if you fancy a little something stronger.

Heading the hall you find a elegantly decorated and furnished lounge looking through the garden and a specious dining provides the area for the guest to socialise.

Utility room comprises of 14 kg load washer and dryer.

Guest access

Guests have access to the whole house during the stay.

Please note all the grounds and entrance on the driveway is on C.C.T.V with night vision. This includes fire system and intruder system.

The driveway is Private Land for Access Only. Please do not leave your car or van on the driveway as you will be clamped. This is a privately owned land and the parking is on the private road before the blue gatepost.

Interaction with guests

Guests are greeted and shown around and we are on hand to help with any enquiries or needs.

Off site assistance is a phone call away when required.

The Elegant home is in a private park and a lot of residents are retired ideal guest are tourist and family's only. guest can be turned away on arrival if not ideal guest e.g no groups of lads or girls

Other things to note

The Albert dock and the echo arena the theatre and the museum all just ten minute drive away or 20 minutes on the bus from the House.
