Beautiful family condo located in the Village

Please note - The fireplace in the unit has been switched to an electric fireplace.

Top floor 1 Bedroom and Den with Central Village location. Completely renovated in the summer of 2016 and is ideal for a couple or a family of 4. (Will not accept bookings for 3-4 adults). Brand new fully stocked large kitchen with quartz countertops, new stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Living room has 49" smart flatscreen LED TV. Internet, and cable. Separate dining room that seats 6 and a private deck. Master bedroom has a new high end comfortable queen mattress, his and her closets, and a LED TV. The den is a bunk room with barn door which is good for young children. It contains new bunks, a dresser, and a smart LED TV (bring game console). The bathroom is fairly large and inviting and has tub, toilet, vanity with quartz, and tile. The condo is almost 800sq/ft. You will be supplied with a ski locker and underground parking. It is a short walk to the slopes and is in the heart of the village. Key card-operated laundry in the building.

A refundable $300 deposit is due at time of booking.

Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking in or on deck.

No long term rentals only nightly rates

Standard one time cleaning fee of $200 on all bookings
Parking is free with parking pass
No phone in unit.

Check in is 4pm
Check out is 10am

Children of all ages are allowed however there is a minimum age for adults of 25
Quiet time is 10pm to 8 am
This is not a party condo as the building is very family orientated
Big White is a 45-60 minute drive from Kelowna

This place is perfect for a couple to stay! It was very comfortable to sleep, we had everything we needed to prepare meals. a two minute walk to the main village. It was very close to access multiple lifts. Without a doubt we would stay again.

Great spot for a family snow vacation

This property is as advertised. We were very comfortable with everything we needed available. We found the location to be convenient. I would say the only downside is the 4 flights of stairs when checking in and out - we tend to bring most of our groceries for a stay like this so it made for a lot of up and down. Despite the stairs, I would stay again without question!

It was a beautiful condo. The hosts were great with communication etc. You do have to walk 5 mins to the ski run which we had never experienced before so that was a little disappointing but overall a great experience.

Nice condo in great location

While the building is older, the condo has been beautifully updated. It worked out perfectly for my son and me, and was less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops in the main village. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for stairs, but this also has the benefit of no one above you so no noise through the ceiling. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Good Times at Big White

The property was a great spot for a ski holiday. Clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Access to the nearest ski run is a 2 minute walk going and returning; access to the village center is a 5 minute walk. The unit is on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator. This could be an issue for some people.

Pleasant stay - no issues.

Secure underground parking - location good but not exactly ski in-ski out - 5 min walk. Close to village centre. Good selection of spices in condo. Some tricks involved with electricity but not surprising given age of building. BUT don’t let that fool you - unit has been updated and has a quite pleasant modern decor. Third level was a challenge initially but we were getting fitter by the day. Maralee was very responsive to our issues which incidentally were nothing major. Good contact with host generally. Overall - a pleasant stay.

Family holiday

Big white is a great hill. Lots of activities to do. This condo is not a true ski in ski out condo though. So if you are looking to ski right to your door this condo is not for you at all. And the 3 flights of stairs to bring all your stuff up and down numerous times a day gets to be a lot. Overall the host was very responsive though and easy to deal with. That I really appreciated. It was a short walk to the village which was decent but the walk was on the road and it was a hill to walk back up. The condo was clean and equipped with great dishes, spices etc. I have a complaint about the condo though. both bedrooms in the condo do not have a window that you can open for some fresh air. The one bedroom has no window in it at all and the other bedroom has a window that is facing the inside of the building and it does not open. So bedrooms get very warm and stuffy.

The house is nicely decorated, fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Big White skiing area. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The decorations are very lovely and nice.
