This delightful modernised apartment is just off George Square, so is ideal for anyone wanting to be close to Edinburgh University. It is within easy walking distance of Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle and the city centre in general. The Meadows is 2 minutes walk away and Arthurs Seat/Queens Park is only a 5 minute walk away.
This lovely light and bright first floor apartment is recently re-decorated to a high standard and is fully furnished with everything guests would need for a comfortable and relaxed stay in Scotlands capital city
The spacious lounge has a modern sofa, a dining area, an open plan modern kitchen with all you will need to prepare a meal if eating in, a lovely large double bedroom with ornate Victorian cornicing, a modern shower room and a separate WC. The majority of floors are hardwood with a carpet in the bedroom. The apartment has gas central heating, ideal for heating the apartment in the winter months.

This apartment has everything guests would need for a city break. It's in a great location just on the outskirts of the city centre but is located in a quiet side street. The apartment have been fully refurbished to a high standard.
