Fraser Suites Edinburgh a must

Fabulous location just off the Royal Mike and close to Edinburgh Castle. Hotel is very well appointed, spotlessly clean and staffed by a very friendly and informative crew. Couldn’t recommend any more highly.

Great hotel in a fabulous location

Great location. Comfortable beds. Heated towel racks and L’Occitane toiletries. Internet went down one night, and tough to get spare coffee pods delivered to the room in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great hotel located in the old town. Would definitely stay again.

A hotel to revisit!

A lovely place to stay with comfortable accommodation and great facilities, including a mini-kitchen area in the suite and a well-equipped gym in the basement. Great value for money for a room in the centre of Edinburgh!

This was a great stay to be in the center of Old Town Edinburgh. We lucked out with how amazing this hotel was and where it was located. It is literally on the street from St Giles Cathedral and Scott monument was visible through our hotel window! Highly recommend.

Amazing stay. Top location

Great location. Bang in the middle of town, on the royal mile. 5 min walk to tbe castle. Less than 7 min walk to princes street and 10 min st james quarter mall. Spacious, clean appartment with l'occitane products. Had a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave. Kettle and nespresso machine too. Huge bathroom and shower. Great views from the 7th floor overlooking all of Princes st and the monument. Waverly train station is a few minutes walk, was a bit noisy but didnt notice it much later on. Matress was a bit tired. Sofa bed could've been more comfy. Lovely staff! 10/10 overall

Fraser Suites is a very nice hotel and centrally located to the best of the best in Edinburgh. The only issue is that they tout a pillow service and cotton blankets. Never ever received any of what we requested.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with our bags at stairs. Maybe we didn't know how to request it but in a week's time, despite having our please tidy the room sign up, we never got fresh towels and our bathroom hand soap was never filled. I think they just took out garbages and made beds. We didn't even get clean sheets because I'd had a tiny chocolate smudge I made on a sheet and it was still there after they tidied up and made the beds.
