On the first floor: 2 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 en suite bathroom. Free parking space available in underground garage.

In Las Casitas de la Playa textile urbanization, located about 150 meters from El Playazo beach (north area), with communal pool + children's pool (open in summer) and garden areas. Chiringuitos, bars and restaurants in the surroundings, a minimarket (only in summer) about 600 meters, and a large supermarket (all year) less than 2 km.

IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 20 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet/booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

Nice, friendly house.

The house and the complex are beautiful. A nice swimmingpool. The wifi was very bad, that was frustrating.

Estuvimos como en casa.

El sitio es estupendo. La casa enorme y muy cómoda. Quizá una cocina un pelín pequeña pero sin problema. El patio y la piscina genial. Los vecinos de 10 El calor que hace en las plantas de arriba es tremendo. Pero bueno. Para eso tienen puesto el aire acondicionado
