With a maximum capacity for 4 adults, it has the following layout: On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with fireplace and access to a balcony. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub and shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 toilet with shower. On the second floor: sun terrace with sea views.

In the Harbour Lights residential complex, opposite Hope Harbour, 200 metres from Hope Cove and 500 metres from La Dolores beach, with landscaped areas, communal swimming pool, jacuzzi, underground garage, and close to bars and restaurants.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh / day is included. Excess will be charged separately. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 small/medium-sized pet/booking is allowed in the duplex, but pets are not permitted in the common areas of the residential complex. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

Villiriacos and chill

This is a small hamlet where you just escape the noise of back home. It is endearingly Spanish and forces you to at least try and speak some Spanish. Good fun. The people the place and the Sunday market are great. There are a number of small restaurants locally and you can adventure (need a car) to Vera, garuche and mojacar for a more wider selection. Grat enjoyable holiday will return.

El dúplex es perfecto para unas vacaciones, es amplio confortable y además han ampliado el aire acondicionado a la otra habitación. Por poner un pero el mantenimiento de ciertos aspectos como que por los grifos no sale apenas agua.

Excelente servicio

Muy buen apartamento con todos los servicios. La ubicación está bien pero si quieres buenas playas te tienes que desplazar en coche. La atención del personal de oficina excelente, tuvimos un problema y se solucionó rápido. Los horarios de entrada y salida, además de una mejor limpieza del apartamento en general. Se debería de revisar antes de que entre un cliente ya que en nuestro caso las puertas sonaban mucho al abrir y cerrar.
