SUNNY HOUSE, QUIET ENVIRONMENT, parking on garden closed by gate and SECURE FOR CHILDREN access to the beach 200 m accessible for swimming at any time (at low tide, discovering blond sand, children can play in the middle of ripples. Close to forest, cycle paths and very pretty beaches nearby, playground. All shops in St Georges (2 km) - St Pierre (5km) - very nice market in La Brée les Bains.

A perfectly beautiful place

This is such a lovely house and with perfect hosts. It’s next to a truly beautiful and empty beach, and has everything you need. We loved it, young and old. We would happily stay again. Also Oleron is not well known but is wonderful.

Parfait séjour chez nos propriétaires très accueillants (un grand merci pour le pineau et les coupes remplies de bonbons et gâteaux qui ont fait les délices de tous), très réactifs et qui entretiennent avec soin et amour leur propriété. Maison très spacieuse, très très propre, très bien équipée. Le vaste jardin avec ses équipements (balançoires et maisonnette) sont parfaits pour les jeunes enfants de même que la plage toute proche (une rue à traverser) qui, à marée basse laisse des « piscines «  peu profondes et tempérées très attractives

Bis auf den allerletzten Schluss war alles gut.

Es hat uns vieren sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage direkt am Meer, das Haus, die Räumlichkeiten, die Ausstattung, der Garten und die Erreichbarkeit mit Auto und Fahrrad alles optimal. Warum Madam Jannine dann zum Schluss noch ein Fass aufmachen muss wegen der nicht abgezogenen Betten ist unverständlich und dumm. Zumal wenn nicht bekannt ist, dass sie das wünscht, soll sie es halt klar kommunizieren. So jedenfalls kann man, wenn man wirklich will, einen optimalen Eindruck zu guter Letzt noch nachhaltig trüben - schade!Walter Lindermayer

Des vacances au Paradis

La maison est chaleureuse, accueillante comme les propriétaires Daniel et Jeannine. Maison très spacieuse avec un très grand jardin, On s'y sent bien et c'est très reposant, un vrai paradis !!Nous sommes venus avec nos vélos, pour profiter des pistes cyclables nombreuses et variées de l'île d'Oléron, des vélos sont disponibles dans la maison.La maison est bien située près des pistes cyclables, de la plage et des restaurants du port de Douhet. De plus, la côte où se situe la maison est plus sauvage et naturelle que les autres côtes.Nous y reviendront en 2026, ce n'est que du bonheur !!Tan et Henri TIRARD

Schönes ruhiges Haus, gut ausgestattet, sehr nah am Meer

Das Haus liegt mit anderen Häusern neben der Straße, ruhig und von einer Mauer und Zaun umgeben. Über die Straße und die Dünen ist man sofort am Meer, langer Sandstrand, im März waren wir fast immer alleine dort.Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und mehr, Fahrräder, TT-Platte, DVD-Spieler, Heizung/Klima.Daniel und Jannine sind liebenswerte Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit, wann immer erforderlich.Jederzeit gerne wieder, wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Une quinzaine exceptionnelle à Oléron

Un séjour de rêve : Daniel et Jannine sont charmants, la maison est très agréable et particulièrement bien équipée, la plage est accessible à pied, juste la rue à traverser. La situation de la maison sur l’île est idéale, une grande plage de sable, abritée et bien exposée, des marchés tous les jours à proximité. Le bonheur !

Très bien équipée, très propre et bien située (mer de l'autre coté de la route

Maison avec des espaces de vie très agréables. Très bien équipée, elle offre tous les équipements ménagers nécessaires, une table de ping-pong, jeux, vélos. Mention spéciale pour la propreté. La plage est accessible en traversant le route, le port du Doué est à 3 mn en vélo. Les propriétaires sont charmants, n'hésitez pas à les inviter à l'apéro! 😊 Seul petit point de vigilance avec de jeunes enfants, la chambre parentale et au second niveau et assez éloignée de celle des enfants.

Belles vacances à la plage

Belle maison, très agréable à vivre avec und grand et joli jardin. Cuisine très bien équipée, beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants. Il faut juste croiser la rue et les dunes pour aller à une superbe plage ce qui est parfait pour profiter de la mer en toute sérénité et sans avoir besoin de voiture. Hébergement parfait pour 1 famille avec adolescents

Hébergement exceptionnel à 2 pas d'une plage de sable fin. Hébergement sensationnel où il ne manque rien, c'est presque mieux qu'à la maison ! Très calme pour les grasses matinées dans 1 impasse/ruelle sécurisée par un portail donnant sur la rue et un second portail pour accéder à la propriété dont la surface extérieure est aussi exceptionnelle que son équipement. Chambre parentale à l'étage au top avec SDB et toilettes séparées. Seconde SDB au RDC avec toilettes séparées. La petite véranda où nous avons pris tous nos repas est parfaite pour 4. Jannine et Daniel, les propriétaires, sont bienveillants et très attentionnés mais non "invasifs". Franchement, une adresse à ne pas perdre.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut! Die Lage sehr geschützt und privat. Es ist sehr ruhig. Einer der schönsten Strände auf Oleron ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gute Lage, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants etc. in der Nähe. Hervorragende und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter, die auch sehr rasch auf Nachrichten reagiert haben und sehr flexibel waren. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort. Es hat ausreichend Platz auch für 2 Autos. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Erholsame Ferien mit nahem Sandstrand

Wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Woche hier. Das schöne Haus liegt ganz ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar für die Kinder hatte es viel Strandspielzeug, Schaukel usw. und vor allem einen schönen grossen Garten zum Spielen. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Der schöne grosse Sandstrand ist nur 2 Min. zu Fuss entfernt und nicht überfüllt, man ist fast für sich alleine. Wir haben diese Ruhe sehr genossen. Herr Renaud hat uns sehr freundlich begrüsst und die leckeren Tomaten aus dem Garten der Gastgeber waren sehr lecker, vielen Dank dafür. Leider wurden wir am Abreisetag aus dem Haus gedrängt. Abreisezeit war um 10 Uhr. Eine halbe Stunde früher wurde schon begonnen, den Rasen im Garten zu mähen, obwohl wir noch am Frühstücken waren. Wir waren noch nicht fertig mit Packen, da kam die Gastgeberin ins Haus und es wurde nur nach der abgezogenen Bettwäsche gefragt und die Waschmaschine vor unseren Augen angemacht, wohl bemerkt vor der vereinbarten Zeit und Verabschiedung. Es ist sehr schade, nach der erholsamen Woche in Stress und Hektik aus dem Haus zu gehen. Zumindest Herr Renaud hatte noch freundliche Worte zur Verabschiedung.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung: alles, was man braucht und mehr ist da! Es gibt viel Platz und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terasse und in den beiden Wintergärten. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen. Nur über die Straße und kurz durch die Dünen und man ist am kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Da in Frankreich noch keine Ferien waren, war es dort herrlich einsam. Unseren vier Jungs haben auch die Fahrräder aus dem Haus gut gefallen. Die Insel bietet ein weitläufiges ausgeschildertes Radwegenetz. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Vermieter!
