THE HOUSE IS RENTED COMPLETELY AND BY ROOMS

The Old House of San José is an impressive farmhouse located in a privileged enclave of the Rías Baixas, in the Villa de Rianxo. The house is located within a farm with fruit trees and vineyards, granary, barbecue, well, laundry, stone winery, cellar, etc. and has a large garden with comfortable sun loungers. The set is a haven of peace with spectacular views of the Ría de Arosa and the Serra do Barbanza.

The building, a Galician house dating from 1660, has an area of 250 m² and has been fully rehabilitated (in 2002) for opening to the public as rural accommodation in 2003.

With a total capacity for 12 people, it has 4 double rooms and 4 extra beds distributed between the 1st and 2nd floors of the house and are decorated in a sober rustic style.

The Old House of San José has the category C (Farm House) and is rented in the modality of complete accommodation or rooms. It remains open to the public throughout the year.

cinco días de ensueño

Entorno precioso, cercanía con el pueblo de Rianxo, a 2 kilómetros del centro. apartamento muy cómodo de estilo rústico, con todas las comodidades. Trato y disponibilidad excelente por parte de la propietaria. Espero poder tener unos días para repetir la experiencia. Calidad precio excelente.

Un lugar muy especial

Nos alojamos mi pareja, mi hija de 10 meses y yo en un apartamento fabuloso. Unas vistas de la ria increibles y unas puestas de sol mas espectaculares aún. El apartamento estaba decorado con mucho mimo y no faltaba un detalle además estaba impecablemente limpio y la cama era comodísima. Lo mejor fue la anfitriona, que nos acogió muy bien y en todo momento nos sentimos integrados con el entorno. Sin duda un lugar ideal para pasar unos días tranquilitos y para poder conocer Rianxo(está muy céntrico) y la ria en general

Para volver cuanto antes

Acabamos de pasar cuatro días en esta estupenda casa rural. Éramos un grupo de lo más heterogéneo y sin embargo ya la primera impresión de las fantásticas vistas desde la inmensa pradera de entrada y la fachada nos emocionó a todos (las puestas de sol sentados en hamacas en el césped son impagables). Las habitaciones resultaron ser también una monada, decoradas en tono hueso de lo más agradable y con madera por todas partes y algunas paredes de piedra. Cada tarde volvíamos a encontrarlas impolutas como el primer día. La dueña, Carmen, pese a su seria expresión, es una mujer de lo más entrañable que se ha desvivido por darnos todas las explicaciones necesarias para asegurarse de que aprovecháramos al máximo nuestras vacaciones en su preciosa tierra gallega (es una guía turística fabulosa). Nos encariñamos muchísimo con ella y siempre la recordaré despidiéndonos casi con los ojos empañados mientras nos alejábamos hoy camino a Madrid. Con toda seguridad haremos lo posible por volver cuanto antes.

Fantastico

Un sitio inmejorable para pasar unos días en pareja o en familia. Un sitio fantástico para realizar excursiones por la zona. A destacar las vistas de la ría. Impresionantes. También el trato de los propietarios .. Gracias Carmen. Un abrazo??
