Lovely place - well equipped, and very responsive host! Very quiet and relaxing - great chance to unwind while also having the coast and Hull nearby to explore.
Small and well presented semi detached cottage with all the little things thrown in ie washing up liquid / iron and board / towels etc I think you got the gist, recommend and will use again.

Lovely little cottage with everything you need for your chilled out stay.
Lovely little cottage with everything you need for your chilled out stay. Loved the log burner which made it even cosier! Not much nearby so needed your car to drive to local pub. Need to book also before your stay as we could not get in and had to drive to the next village to get a table. Hornsea a drive nearby and Bridlington half an hour away by car - would definitely go back!

Simon looked after me very well from start to finish. Excellent communication before, during and even after my stay (checking I was ok and had enjoyed my stay).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the accommodation....as long as you have a car and are happy to use it to get to the beautiful beaches, pubs and places of interest in the area. Very quiet, peaceful and comfortable.

coastline lovely, sprawling sandy beaches and very dog friendly, villages more like hamlets , lovely if you like to chill in the peace and quiet and lots of open farmland with plenty of space and sky, and nature reserves aplenty. Bridlington close by for a more traditional seaside town. The stables was very clean and comfortable and owners very welcoming and helpful

Simon was very attentive on our arrival, we had only booked it the previous evening !! the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed for our break. It was very quiet, the peace was ear shattering. Just a short drive to Mapleton beach and some lovely beach walks with our 2 dogs, the Old Post office café was the most dog friendly place we have ever been in and served lovely food.

Lovely property in a rural location, which was perfect for us.
Lovely property in a rural location, which was perfect for us. The cottage was ideal for our 3 night stay, with good kitchen, large bathroom and a lovely log burner in the lounge. The only downside of the stay was that the bed was not very comfortable at all; we woke on all 3 mornings with back aches, and the bathroom towels were more like sandpaper than towels (a bit of tumble drying needed I think!), but this did not detract from a great break in a lovely property.

Absolute joy staying here.
Absolute joy staying here. The owner (and his children) are charming and can't do enough to make sure you have everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The cottage is beautifully converted and tastefully decorated to be comfortable and welcoming. I loved the woodburner in the lounge but the central heating is excellent if you can't be bothered and there is constant hot water and a good shower! My dog was also made welcome and the owner talked me around a useful walk close to the cottage and directed me to the fabulous Mappleton beach ( amber 20 minutes drive away) which is dog walking heaven. I couldn't recommend it highly enough as a holiday destination but do be prepared for some slightly dodgy Internet reception if it's very windy!

Absolutely loved our stay here and would definately go back! The owner Simon met us on our arrival and assured us if we needed anything he would be there. It snowed whilst we were there and the temperature dropped but we were lovely and cosy in the cottage which has central heating and a lovely log burner in the lounge. Amazing!!!
