This property boasts private parking and access to some great local walks, wildlife and cycle routes.
The Shepherds Hut at Gowan Bank Farm is just 3 miles from Windermere, which is brimming with a great selection of bars, shops, restaurants, independent boutiques, and plenty of days out and activities nearby. Travel just a mile further and you will be at Bowness-on-Windermere and beside Lake Windermere where you can enjoy a boat trip over to the other side of this amazing stretch of water. Here you’ll also find the world famous World of Beatrix Potter where you will learn of Potter’s writing. Water sports are also available on Windermere, and other outdoor adventure including walking, cycling and climbing. Here you are surrounded by some amazing scenery and routes. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
