House is on about 150 meters away from the sea promenade.
There are stone and small send beaches. From the house till down town there are several, bakeries, shops and market Aroma.
Near house is church San Mateja , marine Biology center, Maritime School and Student Center.
Down town You can find many interesting buildings,Fortresses,Churches,Palaces and Hotels.
