Our unit is located in the back block

Our refurbishment period begins on Tuesday, September 1st and ends on Friday, October 31st, 2026. During this period, there will be a number of maintenance projects being carried out. These are as follows:

Painting of wood (front block): September 7-28.
Painting of wood (back block): September 28- October 16.
Pool restoration (back block): September 7-14

There will be some noise and inconveniences during this time. Please exercise caution as you walk through the property. Owners and guests in the back block are invited to use the pool in the front block.
