About this property

Our apartments are situated in the residential area of Villaviciosa, where you can enjoy, on the one hand, the peace and quiet of nature, and on the other, have all the comforts of the apple capital of Spain, which is non other than Villaviciosa.

Paseo de la Alameda is a traditional style Asturian house, built with top-quality materials. It is situated next to the riverbanks of La Alameda, and includes seven rustic style apartments, with wooden interiors, six of them with one bedroom, bathroom and a lounge-kitchen and one with two bedrooms, bathroom and a lounge-kitchen.

They are all fully equipped, and include a TV in the bedroom and lounge, DVD, piped music, whirlpool bath, telephone, fireplace, heating, completely digital hob, washing machine and microwave. Protected with a fire and burglar alarm. It also has a communal terrace and garden, and on both sides of the house there is a shop and a restaurant.

Set in the heart of the cider district, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy it rural and historical tourism, where you can visit the night-life and the local festivals of the town.

We have been awarded the distinction of the "Friends of the Villaviciosa Scenery "cubera", “ for preserving the traditional Asturias architecture after having restored the building in 2003.

Fabuloso.

Estuvimos en el puente de la Inmaculada 4 personas en el apartamento de 2 habitaciones y nos encanto. Esta todo al detalle. La propietaria Arancha estuvo pendiente de todo. Sin duda un lugar de lo mas recomendable.

FENOMENAL

Estuvimos a finales de agosto y qué decir tiene que fue una magnifica elección estar en éstos apartamentos. Son muy bonitos y no les falta detalle,la amabilidad de su dueña Arancha es estupenda y no nos faltó nada, además de toda la información necesaria para recorrer esa maravillosa zona que no conociamos y nos encantó. Lo único que hechamos en falta es un poco más de jardín pero por lo demás es maravilloso y muy bien comunicado por su ubicación. Gracias por todo.

Un lugar para volver

Hemos estado una semana alojados en uno de los apartamentos. Bien equipados, una atención muy familiar por parte de la anfitriona Arancha, siempre disponible. El pueblo tiene mucho ambiente, lugares para visitar muy chulos cerca de los apartamentos. Muy contentos la verdad. Es un sitio para volver.
