Paradise

Better than shown in online listing! Amazing property with everything you could want. Fantastic view of ocean and mountains. Pool, sauna, hot tub and landscaping make it so peaceful. Lots of things to do in this area but hard to leave paradise. Hostess, Joanne, was most accommodating and quick to answer questions. We stayed 30 days and look forward to doing it again next Summer.

Blissful Remote Work Summer Escape

My family of 4 spent a glorious 3.5 wks at this Malibu retreat, and now that we’re back home, we have the Malibu blues. Jo’s property was exactly as described — spacious, quiet, and comfortable with incredible views and perfect weather (not too hot, not too cold). The real selling feature of this place is the backyard and that very special cabana room. My kids spent every single day after summer camp running in the yard, throwing a ball or frisbee, shooting the bow & arrow, or swimming in the heated pool. This property provided the summer escape we needed. If you’re looking for a vacay + remote work/life experience, this is the place. The kids went to camp in Pacific Palisades, which is a very easy 12 min drive down PCH. We worked from home — wifi was strong. And in the evenings and weekends, we explored Malibu, Santa Monica, LA, or hung out at the pool. Jo is a thoughtful, responsive host. Thank you for letting us make our summer memories at your place. It was magical ✨!

A unique property that is only on rental in the summer and holidays - well cared for and made for people who love to relax and take life in. Fell in love with the panoramic ocean view where Catalina Island can be seen on clear days on this quiet cul de sac with only 9 luxury beach homes.

What makes this property unique

Close to PCH but high enough so you cannot hear it. No winding, dangerous climbs up or down for miles like other canyon properties. We are less than a mile from the beach. We welcome you with champagne, strawberries, and whipped cream. The pantry will be stocked with s'mores items and ingredients for fire pit. On call massages available for $120/hour Daily housekeeping available for additional fee of $200/day. Comes with housekeeping once per week
