This stunning, family friendly, luxury, 5/6 bed house is positioned on one of the nicest tree lined roads in 'Leafy Ealing' and opposite the beautiful Lammas Park which contains a children playground

It comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and is Ideal for exploring London being just five minutes walk from the Piccadilly Line (25 minutes to central London or Heathrow)

The price shown is for 10 people and an additional charge of £50 per guest per night is added for additional guests over 10

Guests will have the full house the themselves including the use of everything in the house including fast and free wifi, digital TV, DAB & internet radio and their own secluded and quite Private Garden with Table and Chairs , bench ( extra folding chairs in shed ) and barbecue and the

Beautiful extra large (50m2) open plan Kitchen Dining Room with black marble kitchen tops, breakfast bar, 2 built in Bosch ovens. Fully opening bi-fold doors onto the large rear garden add an extra feeling of space and this area is ideal for family gatherings
Separate Laundry room with Bosch washing machine, Siemens tumble dryer, and large Butler sink
TV room with three sofas including brand new John Lewis double bed settee and luxury bed topper for extra comfort. Samsung 40" flatscreen TV with free Netflix

4 large beautiful double bedrooms along with a modern family bathroom with shower, bath

Second floor
Spacious and very private bedroom with Supering Bed, Modern Ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Extra bed can be added to this room when needed

Free Parking on drive and extra parking on road

I understand that many of our guests want to relax, so I try not to disturb you during your stay but if you have any questions or issues, I am always just a phone call / message away, and are more than happy to help at any time.
I'll generally be available to meet you in person but if not we will give you details to find the keys in our Key Store.

A little oasis in the busy city
Steve's place was perfect for us with its proximity to the park and the tube station. It was lovely to have my husband walk the dog to the tube station to meet the children and I after a busy day sightseeing in London, and the kids loved racing the dog up and down Lamas Park. There's a lot of food options on the nearby high street and the house is far enough away to escape the crowds, and was a very relaxing and welcoming space. Thank you Steve, we would love to stay again on our next visit!

Best host I have ever come across in my travels
Where do I begin? Steve is the kindest host I have ever come across. He has shared his lovely home with us and provided us with a very comfortable stay. The house was fully equipped with what we needed. The location was perfect as it was literally walking distance to the tube and restaurants. Steve also recommended places for us to eat and we were very happy with the restaurants we tried in his list. The walk to the tube was lovely as we could cut through the park that’s really close to the home as well. However, what really made me super glad I stayed here was because of the host. He really went above and beyond for us to make sure we would be comfortable in his home. I had 8 adults and 3 children in my group and each one of them agreed that Steve a.k.a Uncle Stayz (to the kids) is a great host. He has indeed made this one of our most memorable stays. Gem of a place!! 10/10

Three generations of an American family explore London
This property proved perfect for our eight-person, three-generation family group. It is convenient to the Underground's Piccadilly line and not too far from Heathrow Airport. It is well laid out and well kept. It is clear that the owner is there often; everything was pristine. The residential neighborhood is full of restaurants and close to several grocery stores. All of us were complimentary of the location and furnishings, and we all would certainly stay there again if the occasion arose.

Just right for us
The house is lovely and lovingly maintained; it was perfect for us (eight people, three generations) for a week. The owner normally lives in the house himself, with his family, and it shows Two very large parks are across the street, with areas where the grass is left to grow, with walks, and with three children’s parks. Underground and buses nearby. Great local shops; nice local vibe.
