Here, in this pretty open valley, surrounded by mountains, take the time to stop, listen, watch.
From the chalet, the paths marked out by the Vosgien Club, will make you discover the Vosges forest full of scents and rustles. They will lead you to a cross, a small refuge, an overhanging rock.
In addition, Alsace is very close, with its wine route and its many tourist sites, as is Franche Comté with the Plateau des Mille Etangs and the pretty town of Luxeuil-les-Bains.
In winter: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing on site or in the surroundings. Several alpine ski resorts are nearby, ideal for beginners.
