Home has amenities to enjoy your stay in Houston. 3/2/2 home with backyard deck. Close to many attractions, excellent restaurants/bars, medical center, downtown, and theater. Medical Center is 1.5 mi, Galleria (shopping) 5.5 mi, NRG Stadium .5 mi, very conveniently centrally located. Home sleeps 6 comfortably with King Bed, Queen and Double bed available. Kitchen has granite counters, stocked for cooking, and an eat in kitchen. With a sitting room off the Kitchen it's great to visit with friends/family or watch the kids. Dining room seats 6, which is off of the living room. Walkout the back door to the deck.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location during the function I was working all week. Quiet neighborhood and the owners are close by and very receptive and accommodating. I would love to stay again.

Outstanding and convenient!

It was perfect for our needs. We stayed three weeks and the owners were incredibly responsive and did a great job of communicating. The house was perfect for what we needed. Very convenient to the medical center and NRG.

Property manager is really nice and on top everything! House is newly refurbished, nice and cozy and everything is really clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Needs some work

House is clean and room pictures as advertised, however has maintenance issues. Most doors and cabinets do not close without force, holes and cracks in walls, front porch ramp boards are loose (tripping hazard). Oven not working during our stay, altho the owner kindly offered use of her oven down the street as needed. Limited kitchen dishes for a party of 6 people. Note that the garage is not usable as stated in listing as it is storing owners car and items. The owner is helpful and responsive to communications.

Wonderful location with excellent communication with owners

This house is comfortable, clean with a nice backyard. The owners are helpful and respond quickly if there are any concerns or questions. The neighborhood is a good location for anything in Houston and close to the medical center. Thank you for a nice stay.

I am here to help and provide information to make your stay more enjoyable. The location is ideal,; minutes from the Houston Medical Center; as well as walking distance to NRG stadium for Rodeo, Texan games, events, and concerts. If you are visiting Houston for our wonderful medical center the home is very close and convenient. Location is approx 10-15 minutes from Downtown Houston.
Houston is ranked #3 in the US as a "foodie city"... lots of amazing cuisines nearby.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION... Also of course a very comfortable home to enjoy. If you like to to run or walk for exercise you would only be 5-7 minutes from Rice University... there are options for you! There is a YMCA 1.2 miles away (can purchase a day pass).

Coming to town for sporting events - Astros, Texans, Rockets or Dynamos all close by.
