MARINA House 5 with pool only 50 m from the beach
Marina is a summer house in Alcudia, ideal for moving around the north of the island, just a few metres from the paradisiacal bay of Pollensa and its turquoise waters and fine sand.
The property has the capacity to accommodate up to 5 people in its 3 bedrooms. The first has a single bed, the second has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The house is fitted with two modern bathrooms with toilet and shower.
Marina has an interior terrace equipped with a small swimming pool and sun loungers for sunbathing, ideal for enjoying the summer with family or friends. On the terrace, we will also find a table perfect for enjoying the breeze while dining with the best company.
We can also enjoy the wonderful sea views from the second terrace located at the top of the house, where we will find sun loungers to sunbathe peacefully and a chill-out space to relax.
Inside the property, we will find a fully equipped kitchen for preparing better dishes,
a dining area and a sofa zone with a flat-screen TV.
Marina is undoubtedly the perfect property to enjoy your holidays on the island
