Comfortable apartment near the beach and Barcelona

Enjoy a moment of tranquility by the sea, in this small town 1 hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Tarragona. Very well located, less crowded in summer than the Costa Brava, 200m from the beach and 7min walk from the station (trains every 15min to Barcelona airport and city center, or Tarragona). The railway is behind the building, there is one track and trains pass to Tarragona day and night. The apartment also has a parking space behind the building and has all the comforts necessary for a comfortable stay: washing machine, microwave, oven, TV, air conditioning, heating, bath, cupboards, fans, 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping places (one double bed, and two single beds) as well as a baby bed are at your disposal. The terrace with sea view is very pleasant and in a quiet street. A 5min walk you will find the seaside restaurants as well as the shops (supermarkets, bakery, cafes and shops). Comaruga beach is very large, and ideal for children, lots of activities planned for them on the beach in summer. It is also known for its thermal waters which arise naturally on the beach, part of which is transformed into a natural thermal pool. The protected marine reserve located right in front of the apartment offers snorkeling and boat trips. The region is also known for its wines and cavas, beautiful walks possible among vineyards and olive groves to discover small villages far from tourism. Other interesting sites nearby: Sitges, Garraf natural park, Portaventura (amusement park), medieval village of Montblanc, Poblet monastery, Roman history of Tarragona (Roman festivals in May each year).

Gemütliche und ganz praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein kleines Nachteil ist, die Güterzüge sind Nachts im Schlafzimmer zu hören.

Le logement dans l annonce était situé dans une rue calme. En fait la chambre principale donne sur la Voie Ferrée. Un passage incessant de trains de jour comme de nuit.Impossible de dormir. Very nice apartment with a great view

We were so comfortable in this Comarruga apartment that we wished we could have stayed longer. The terrace was welcoming and we enjoyed some meals there. There was a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living room and dining area, along with a washing machine. We walked to the beach often and to many nearby restaurants and a grocery store.

Environement très très bruyant

Point positif -spacieux et bien situé. Gros point négatif Contre voies ferrées (énormément de passage de train et boite de nuit à proximité) Comme il fait chaud impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre. On a le choix entre mourir de chaud la nuit ou pas dormir par le bruit.

Des difficultés qui ont gâché notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Cet appartement pourrait être agréable si le propriétaire donnait des précisions sur les points suivants : Aucune indication donnée sur le 3ème étage sans ascenseur. La chambre donne sur la voie ferrée toute proche : bruit insupportable la nuit car des trains circulent la nuit, en particulier des trains de marchandises très longs et très métalliques. Climatisation seulement dans la pièce à vivre ; dans la chambre, seulement un ventilateur qui fait trop de bruit la nuit. Les draps ne sont pas adaptés au matelas : le drap housse trop petit donc chaque nuit on se retrouve à dormir sur le protège-matelas ! Odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bains qui imprègnent parfois l'appartement ! Bidet inaccessible car pas d'espace entre le meuble des vasques et ce bidet. Grille-pain ne fonctionne pas. Pas de gants pour tenir des plats chauds ! Séchoir en partie cassé pour étendre le linge.

Todo perfecto, una zona muy tranquila, con espacio para aparcar, cerca de la playa.

Muy bien para los años que tiene el apartamento, no es muy grande, pero suficiente para cuatro personas, no falta nada y cerca de la playa pero sin las aglomeraciones de gente y coches.

Genau wie beschrieben, wunderschön!

Alles war ganz toll! Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben, geräumig, mit vielen Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wenn witbeine Frage hatten, wurde sie innerhalb von 10 Minuten beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Straße führt direkt zum wunderschönen breiten Strand. Abends hört man sogar die Wellen und sieht das Meer. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Selbst die Wohnung ist ok, in Schlafzimmer ein Quietschender Ventilator, das mann nicht einschlafen kann. Das Haus ist direkt an den Gleisen, das Fenster ist unmöglich zu Öffnen, Geräuschkulisse. Gasherd ist ok, aber der Backofen funktioniert nicht. ich habe den Ventilator gemeldet, aber Verbesserung kam nicht. Das fehlt auch Wi-Fi Johanna Litfin
