The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one triple where there is a bunk bed with two single beds and a single bed, living room with access to the terrace with stunning sea views, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 6-7 people. It has a parking space inside the property where you can park your vehicle with all the comfort.

MANTENIMIENTO NEFASTO (sin lavadora, fuga fregadera, cucaracha...)

Lo que se suponían iban a ser unas vacaciones idílicas en familia junto al mar, se tornaron en un cúmulo de incidentes que nos condicionaron las mismas. Hemos estado 12 días sin poder usar la lavadora, comunicamos que no lavaba. Lo comunicamos a la agencia inmobilliaria que gestiona el piso, la cual a su vez lo comunicó a la propietaria. Hasta tres días antes de irnos, no acudió el técnico: la correa estaba rota y no llegaría el recambio hasta después de irnos. Tuvimos que lavar a mano hasta encontrar una lavandería industrial en la que poder hacer las coladas. ¿Te imaginas unas vacaciones en las que tengas que estar buscando lavandería, llevando ropa, esperando el lavado y vuelta para tenderla?. Hemos estado 3 adultos y dos niñas, ahora calcula la ropa y viajes realizados.. Lo que más me molesta de esta situación, es que la lavadora ya estaba averiada antes de llegar al piso. Esto es así, porque encontramos un paño de cocina en el tambor de la lavadora que se encontraba lleno de jabón, tal y como así dejaba la ropa cuando intentamos lavar. Pero además de esto, a los tres días de estar en el piso vimos que estaba inundado el armario debajo de la fregadera de la cocina. Una de las pilas de la fregadera tenía una fuga y caía agua de manera considerable. No fue hasta tres días después cuando vinieron a repararla. Tuvimos utilizar únicamente una de las pilas de la fregadera que no perdía. Nos indicaron los técnicos, que tenían que cambiar la fregadera porque estaba picada la loza, además del grifo gotear. Para estas dos visitas de técnicos, tuvimos que estar por los alrededores del piso, sin poder desplazarnos por si llamaban para poder darles acceso a la vivienda y por supuesto estar con los técnicos hasta que terminasen. Por si fuera poco, tuvimos un huesped espontáneo en uno de los baños, una cucaracha de importantes dimensiones. Los colchones no son nada cómodos, especialmente los que se encuentran en la habitación de las literas. Mis hijas se quejaban de clabárseles el somier. Los colchones están muy desgastados. Para resarcirme de los inconvenientes, me ofrecieron quedarme dos días más sin coste, pero no nos era posible, además que dos días más significaban nuevo viaje a la lavandería. La contrapartida fueron 100€, los cuales no considero compensen de todas las molestias. Positivo a señalar: ubicación frente a la playa y estupenda terraza con vistas al mar. Cuando nos íbamos nos dijeron que iban a poner una lavadora nueva.

Muy buena situación en zona tranquila con todos los servicios. Lo mejor la terracita frente al mar y el paseo marítimo, ideal para pasear. Recomendable para viajar en familia. El piso disponía de todo lo necesario, incluida piscina. Una pena no poder quedarnos unos días más. Para repetir.
