This delightful half-timbered Chalet in NeuAstenberg / Winterberg is within walking distance of the NeuAstenberg Ski Slopes. A smaller and quieter ski area with chair lift and 7 drag lifts and only 3-4 km from Winterberg. So many options, with small children it is wonderful here. Skiing for the more experienced skier with more challenge Winterberg can be reached in 10 minutes and you can park for free at various car parks.
The house is a cozy and cozy half-timbered house, detached. Suitable for 5 people. (in consultation a 6th person is also welcome).
You can enjoy a relaxing and relaxing holiday in an attractive 70's half-timbered house. Living room overlooking the garden with a closed fireplace.

There are 5 beds on the floor, 3x single 90x200, and 1x double bed 140x200.
When you come down the stairs you enter a small room, here is 1 single bed (90x200).

Minimum stay:
weekend 3 nights weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon departure) - midweek 4 nights (Mon-Fri departure) or a week 7 nights (Fri-Fri); (mom). Or other days or shorter negotiable if it is available.

You have access to the entire house upstairs and downstairs, I assume that you will be careful with all things and would like to respect the house rules And that you leave everything neat and clean as you found it, that is greatly appreciated.
