If you're looking for a true ski-in / ski-out condo at Sugarloaf that has plenty of sleeping space with a comfortable and cozy vibe, definitely check out this condo. The location right next to the bunny slope is ideal, especially for families with little kids. The condo is also less than 5min walk to the base lodge and village. We spent a ton of time in the living room (vaulted ceilings!) enjoying the fireplace. The kids enjoyed playing across the multiple levels. We also appreciated the quick responses from Steve the owner, including the early check-in and late check-out.We recommend this place and would stay again. If having a completely modern condo is your top priority, this place may not be for you.
House was a perfect location near the trail. Was easy to get the kids to the base area for lessons. Kids enjoyed the loft style rooms. Adults and kids liked that the 2nd level had a TV and sitting area for the kids to watch movies while the adults could watch football.
This condo is perfectly situated to easlily access lifts, restaurants, shops, etc. Our group was made up of 5 adults and 2 small children. We didn't have to move our cars in order to enjoy all the amenities. The condo is dated, but very clean and has absolutley everything you need! We hope to stay here again in the future.
Easy ski in/ski out. Fun but tight layout. Outside of the bedrooms, the sound travels so well that everyone really needs to go to bed at the same time. Washer and dryer are a touch loud and are located in master bedroom. Luckily, I am a heavy sleeper. Overall, great place that we will look to rent again.
This ski in ski out condo is great for a visit to Sugarloaf. You can walk or ski to the lifts and walking to the base area and restaurants was less than 5 min. It's very close. We had a great weekend and would gladly visit again. Thanks!
Very well appointed condo. Well maintained and fully supplied with whatever we needed for an excellent five-day vacation.
Grandparents, parents and children (seven in all) enjoyed themselves immensley.
Steve, the owner, is sincere in quick communication with us. He has a really nice, big condo that is literally ski-in, ski-out. We had a great February ski weekend. The best compliment I can give is that we plan to return.
Great late season trip to our "home" mountain. Brought back memories of being a child skiing the Loaf and staying overnight in the same condo area. Excellent location to access all amenities on the mountain.
We, the grandparents, rented this condo for the first time we could be with grandkids and their parents since we were vaccinated. The condo had several nooks and crannies for when the kids did remote school. The internet worked well. Unfortunately, it was too late in the season for good skiing. Mostly rained. The lifts were closed on our last day because of the wind.
Awesome place for easy slope access 30 yards to the bridge puts you right at the top of the beginner area. Plenty of room for kids to play in the upper level. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small for more than one person cooking but equipped nicely.
Conveniently located toward the top of the condominium accessible ski lift, this condominium’s location could not be beat. The unit was clean enough, although everything was extremely dated and the unit did had an odor in the shared entrance area. The first two bedrooms were very decent each with a queen bed, but the attic space with all the twin beds was definitely not suitable for adults. Ample firewood was kept under a tarp on the deck and the gas grill worked. The cleanliness of the apartment was very acceptable and overall I would definitely be happy renting here again. To finish, the neighbors are friendly and even offered to jump my car for me when I had an electronic short.
We spent 3 days skiing in fantastic conditions. Condo was perfect for us: close to the slopes, Well stocked, comfortable and close to Sugarloaf village
We had a great time at this rental. Location couldn’t be better, 1 min walk to a bunny slope with a lift that will take you to the main area, or walk to the main area in maybe 5 mins. If the conditions are good you can ski back literally right to the door. Unit is clean and well stocked. Upstairs is basically a ladder access - we only had elementary aged kids staying up there so wasn’t an issue for us, but something to consider for adults or for really little ones that use the bathroom in the night. Great communication with owner. He was very flexible and let us stay late on our checkout day so we could ski in the morning. Would stay here again.

Great Location - Everything You Need
This was our second time staying at this rental and we loved it (again). Really convenient to childcare for those with kids, easy walk to lifts (even with 2 feet of snow!) and every amenity needed. Our only complaint is that it was really hard to maintain a fire - something about the wood, even when dried out overnight - didn't seem to light (just glowed). We managed great otherwise. Thanks again for a good stay!

Great Location, Comfortable,Love it !
Our family and friends have been coming to Steve’s condo for over 20 years Always just cleaned before arrival. . The location is perfect. Park the car for the week and forget it. Everything is a short walk to the village with groceries, restaurants, ski shops etc. ski right back to the door. Very short walk to put your skis or boards on and ski down to a chair to get you up the best mountain in the East.
The condo is very comfortable with enough living and dining space for all guests.
One of the best features of this unit is the heated area just before you enter the living space for taking off equipment before going into the unit. Keeps all your gear warm and out of the unit.
We have stayed at other units but this is our favorite. A second winter home to our family and friends.
Steve is great and double checks all is good during your stay.

Fantastic in every way!
I wish every mountain had a place like this. Our group stayed in several different condos on or near several different mountains both here in the East and out West this ski season. We stayed here twice! Steve, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to work with and Valerie, the woman who takes care of the place, couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The place has more than enough room for 8 to 10 people and is arranged in a way that still gives everyone some privacy and personal space at least in small groups. Perfect set up for kids to have a group activity going on in the loft while the adults are doing the same in the living room. One of the first floor bedrooms even has it's own access to the outside. The location of the unit couldn't be better. It's a short walk to the main lodge and lift area, perfect for those who like to be on the first lift up in the morning as well as being perfect for ski in ski out lunch breaks or groups with skiers on different schedules. The condo is well cared for and well kept, very clean and comfortable. Obviously a loved family home, updated but not so high end that you are afraid to touch anything, the group felt at home as soon as they walked in. My son who has made at least one trip to Sugarloaf each year for the last 6 (some years more) said it was the best set up and location he has ever stayed in at Sugarloaf. I have mixed feelings about writing a review for fear the word will get out and the condo will be booked all the time. I really can't think of a downside to this place and highly recommend it, just not during the times we might want to go! Thank you Steve and Valerie for everything you did around both of our stays you made it a pleasurable experience for all.

EASY ACCESS CONDO
My family and I have been skiing at Sugarloaf for 35 years and have never been so close to the lifts as we were at this condo! Perfect for a family from 2 years to 66years; room for kids to play and grown-ups to talk.

Terrific location on the hill
Terrific location on the hill, ski in and ski out, very convenient for kids who love to be on the hill first thing. Nice, safe and quiet and very close to the base mountain. Excellent location, couldn't get better. Easily sleeps 10 people comfortable. Excellent communication with the owners, very easy to get along with and answered and replied to all e-mails promptly. The unit is well stocked with kitchen amenities. Appliances and furnishings are rather dated. The unit was not as clean as we would have liked especially in the upper section and in the common entrance, a bit of a musty smell throughout the condo. All in all the unit suited our needs quite comfortably, and the skiing was fabulous.

Great location
This condo would be great for two families with children ( children taking the loft). We had 6 adults (60 yr. olds) and didn't know access to the loft was by ladder type stairs. It made it difficult to get up and down to our loft rooms, especially with our luggage.
Condo is located very close to lifts--just a short walk--
Condo was very clean and comfortable and owner provided great customer service. The beds we used were all comfortable and there were new rugs in the loft area.
All in all, I would definitely stay here again, with four adults next time, although there would be enough room for many more people..
Check out Gepetto's on Tuesday's for their two for one specials. Great friendly waiters and clientelle.
Great skiing as a foot of snow fell the day we arrived. Fun mountain!!
