Miguel is an amazing host…we received relevant information easily..and promptly with kindness and respect The apartment is very clean and amenities are fabulous. Completely comfortable for long or short stayLoads of shops and restaurants close by.

Quiet oasis in the heart of things

Well-appointed apartment with a fabulous terrace. Centrally located, relatively flat area, and close to several transit options so easy to get around. Hosts were very welcoming and prepared.

Sunny Terrace

Great base to see Lisbon or to travel to the beaches using trains. Local restaurants were great too. The terrace is beautiful but need to be very quiet as neighbour overlooks. Lovely apartment with everything you might need. We loved our stay and thanks Miguel for your help and advice.

Convenient location in Lisbon

The location is good, between 2 subway stations, there are several grocery stores and restaurant nearby. The apartment is well furnished and the courtyard is huge and appreciable if you have kids. Communication was easy with Miguel and we appreciated the welcoming wine and crackers he left for us. ;-)

Easy and simple

Everything was easy and simple. Communication with Miguel was great! He allowed us to check in early so we didn’t have to drag luggage around lisbon. We had everything we needed and walked everywhere and the metro was very very close!

Well equipped and comfortable

A homely, clean, comfortable and very well equipped apartment. We were glad of the air conditioning as it was hot for the duration of our 1 week stay. An easy walk (no steep hills) to and from the centre of town and the riverbank. First class communication with the owner. Had a great time, loved the huge private terrace. Would recommend. Thanks for everything 😀

Nice accomodation

Very neat and clean home, with a private terrace. We stayed here for 2 weeks. Nice kitchen that provides you with anything you need to prepare a meal or make some good coffee or tea. Good bathroom with a fine shower. Communication with the host was perfect and helpful. Unfortunately the bed was too uncomfortable for us (hard) and the chairs in the bedroom seemed to be made for children, very low and not comfy, as well as the kitchen table chairs. For a few days it's OK, not for a long term stay like ours.

Had a wonderful stay!

The checkin was easy and the apartment was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Very safe too. Weather was not great but we still sat out on the beautiful private terrace. Location wise we were ~5 minute walk to the subway and a ~15 minute walk to the Rossio square, which from there is short walk to many sites. Though walking on the cobblestone streets and the many steps is not easy but no need to do any gym! Right across from the apartment is a cafe where many locals gather and a great place for a coffee and pastries. Just a few doors down is a great little restaurant called Trinca which had delicious local dishes. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Gary & Suzie

Notre séjour s’est agréablement bien passé. Appartement bien situé et très propre. Belle et immense terrasse. Le quartier est un peu hétéroclite le soir mais durant la journée aucun souci.

lisbonne chez miguel

Bonjour Abritel et MiguelMerci pour votre accueil un peu rapide mais on a pu prendre l'appartement à notre convenance.Nous n'avons pas fait de bruit le soir, comme demandé sur les pancartes. On a été respectueux des lieus et des horaires.Vider les poubelles avant de partir et fait le ménage malgré tout.Par contre là ce n'est pas normal d'annoncer un logement pour 4 personnes ; c'est une chambre avec un lit double et l'autre lit 1 personne dans l'entrée le matelas qui tombe ; ce n'est pas pour 4 personnes, 2 personnes éventuellement 3 maxixum. La vaisselle est sale on l'a nettoyé ; les poèles BERKK on les a lavé à plusieurs eaux ; il n'y a pas assez de couverts ; les éponges pour la cuisine et la salle de bain étaient plus qu'usées quelle tristesse ; la propreté reste à désirer ; pas suffisamment de torchons dans la cuisine ; l'évacuation des eaux ne se fait pas comme il faut que ce soit salle de bain ou cuisine ; c'est un logement qui doit être remis à propre et aux normes On avons été super déçues avec le prix que nous avons mis à 150 la nuit ; première fois que l'on passe par Abritel ; La prochaine fois on risque de partir à l'hotel pour le même prix ; merci de nous faire un retour pour un prochain séjour

L’annonce inclut des photos de l’appartement et précise clairement qu’il y a une chambre et un canapé à l’entrée. Nous admettons que certaines pièces de vaisselle ont pu être mal lavées — nous ne savons pas. Il est possible que cela n’ait pas été correctement vérifié, et nous allons renforcer ce point. Pour le reste, nous ne comprenons sincèrement pas les plaintes. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour laisser le logement en excellent état pour nos hôtes, et nous regrettons que vous n’ayez rien signalé pendant votre séjour, car cela nous aurait permis de régler les éventuels problèmes à temps. Vous êtes partis, et ce n’est que quelques jours plus tard que vous avez formulé vos réclamations. Pour nous, cela n’a pas de sens.

Nous avons pu se déplacer rapidement avec les lignes de métros à côté, de plus nous avons visiter plusieurs monument et lieux culturels de la ville !

Séjour à Lisbonne

Appartement très bien situé. Proche des arrêts de métro et de bus, ainsi que des minimercados et alimentations. Il est possible de se rendre à pied sur de nombreux sites.

Perfect location.

Great experience from the moment we arrived. Miguel was very accommodating. The place was very clean and had every thing we needed and more. Too bad we were too busy sightseeing and we did have enough time to enjoy the lovely courtyard! The welcoming bottle of wine was a pleasant touch. We felt safe and the building was amazingly quiet! It is definitely a place where we would like to come back and recommend to our friends
