This place is right on the beach. It’s very nice with a lot of cutlery and dishes. Access to the Crocs Casino Pool was also great. Shelley’s accommodations were amazing. She is very accessible when needed. We had another VRBO that was not great and she saved our vacation experience to say the least. Great place to stay!

Beautiful location, overlooking the beautiful beach. Walking distance to town and good restaurants. The free pool at Crocs next door is awesome. Nicely furnished and very comfortable.

9th floor directly on the ocean! The views are amazing and the use of Crocs facilities makes The Palms condo even better to stay at for the price. There is a gate connecting the two properties so you can easily enter Crocs to use their pools/restaurants/casino while also being able to enjoy the slowed down pace of The Palms. Condo layout was nice with a very large balcony. They had a grill that we didn't have a chance to use but it looked like it would have been nice to do. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal including a few spices. Washer/dryer is nice so you can pack less cloths and have fresh towels throughout your stay. Raquel was wonderful with communications and responded to any of our questions or requests immediately. We will definitely plan to book this unit the next time we are in the Jaco area. So much to see and do and so many wonderful restaurants! Our favorite was El Manglar, highly recommend if you are a seafood lover.

The condo was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The host Shelley was very fast to respond. Shelley was very informative on where to shop for groceries, recommend restaurants and things to do. We also had access to the beautiful pool and casino at Croc's Casino next door. We felt very secure with their 24 hour security. I would definitely recommend Palms 901 if you were considering a stay in Jaco'. Pura Vita

Absolutely fantastic. This place is beautiful and exclusive. Everything was perfect and the property manager was very helpful in helping us schedule transportation shuttles and excursions. We had a wonderful time.

Great property, great vacation!!

Everything was perfect! The location is exactly what we'd hoped for with walkable restaurants and groceries. The rooms were great for our group of 6. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Amazing condo

This is one of the nicest units in the Palms. All the staff are kind and helpful. Raquel was available for anything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great views, awesome kitchen/patio & common room, Comfortable Beds!

We had a wonderful time here - just a 4 minute drive or taxi ride from town. Lots to love, view and do here. We love to travel here during November - less tourists, very little rain and temperatures are pleasant.

Wonderful stay

The palms is in a great location with the convenience of Croc’s next door with restaurants and pool. The place is very spacious, clean and well taken care of. The owner is very helpful with any questions and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here if staying in Jaco.

I would highly recommend this beach front property! We really enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony, it is beautiful and overlooks the ocean. The property is clean and communication with Shelley was great. The property is located right on the edge of town, and town is easy to drive and walk to. There are lots of close supermakets and great local excursions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach, pools, and town were all a lot of fun. My kids all got to do a bunch of things they hadn’t done before. Being on the ninth floor of the building was also very fun, and it stays a little cooler up there.

Best place to Stay in Costa Rica

We enjoyed our time more than any other vacation we have had. The condo was so beautiful and comfortable. The view was outstanding. Having access to Crocs was a huge plus. We will stay again. Thank you for having us.
