It is located between the largest cities of Crete and can be an ideal choice for your daily excursions of exploration.
Villa Kantifes was built in 2018 and is designed to provide comfort and ergonomics for every visitor, without any aversion to aesthetics. On the outdoors there is a sea view and you can enjoy it as you sunbathe from the pool. It has a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with large flat-screen TV, banquet and a kitchen with a breakfast table and all modern amenities. In the ground floor the color of wood dominates in a timeless minimalist style. Cozy curtains decorate the windows and offer privacy when it is required. The house can accommodate up to 5 guests in its two bedrooms, with one double bed in one room and three single beds in the other (they can be converted in to double bed and a single bed on request). The bedrooms are located on the first floor and have two balconies with a shelter and awesome green and sea views.

Relaxing stay at the Villa

My husband and I stayed for a few days in Crete at the Villa and we had a very relaxing time! Elena was very responsive and able to answer many of our questions! The driveway is a little bit hard to find, but using Google maps satellite helps. There was also a cat that stayed around the Villa that was very affectionate and friendly. We fed the cat since it seemed very hungry, and we left some cat food for the next people to stay at the Villa!

Excellent Accomodation

Excellent accomodation - our expectations were fully fulfilled. Kitchen with top equipment, bathrooms absolutely suitable for four persons, comfortable beds wonderful pool with great view to the sea Our host, Elena, was very generous and friendly. In summary, we were very satisfied and can absolutely recommend this holiday house.

Lovely Villa , situated up the hill from Rethymno.

The villa is exactly as displayed in the pictures. The pool was lovely with clear clean water. Elena the Host, was amazing. She waited for our late arrival and had left many items and treats in the house , not only on arrival but throughout the week. If you chose to stay here, maybe she will make you homemade Pastitio, like she did for us and it was delicious. She responds so quickly to any questions or requests and made us feel very welcome. Its a great location especially if you want to try out beaches on both sides of the island. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Villa.

Hier hat wirklich alles gepasst! Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, Pool … überall funktionierende Klimaanlage und eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit Wein, Obst und Käse versorgt hat! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort!

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector.
One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
