It overlooks Piazza XVIII dicembre, next to Porta Susa station, a strategic position to walk the center on foot, well served by public transport for every destination: Venaria Reale, Stadio, Lingotto, Rivoli, Stupinigi hunting lodge, Caselle airport ...
THE APARTMENT:
You have the whole house for exclusive use.
Everything is studied in detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Upon entering you find yourself in the living room. You are in the relaxation area with sofa and TV, library with readings for all tastes, original fireplace with pleasant decorative function, ceiling with enchanting original floral design. Then you pass into the dining area with open kitchen complete with every comfort: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker and coffee maker, kettle for tea and herbal teas, extendable table, washing machine, dryer. Through the hallway with wardrobe for overcoats and shoe rack, you enter the bedroom and bathroom (with comfortable rain effect shower head and jets of water for a pleasant whirlpool).
For those who want to smoke there is a balcony outside the apartment.

GUEST ACCESS:
"La Casa del Sole" is located on the first floor of a historic building from the mid-nineteenth century. It is accessed from the entrance door under the porticoes (covered in case of rain). leading to the first floor.

HOW TO MOVE:
The easiest and most fun way to get around Turin is by bicycle: the cycle path that crosses the center (the one along via Bertola) passes under the house and the bike sharing services are very comfortable!
A pleasant alternative is to walk the center: two minutes from the "Casa del Sole", in Piazza Statuto, you enter via Garibaldi, the second longest pedestrian street in Europe, which allows you to easily reach the main points interest of the city: Piazza Castello with Palazzo Reale and Palazzo Madama, the Duomo with the Chapel of the Shroud, the Royal Gardens, the Church of San Lorenzo, the Subalpine Gallery, the Egyptian Museum, the Museum of Oriental Art (MAO), Piazza Palazzo di Città, the Church of the Consolata, Piazza della Repubblica with the famous and colorful market of Porta Palazzo (the largest market in Europe), via Roma, Piazza Carignano with the historic Palazzo and the homonymous Theater, the Church of San Massimo, Piazza San Carlo ("the drawing room of Turin" with its historic cafes), the Galleria San Federico, the Mole Antonelliana, Piazza Vittorio (the largest square with arcades in all of Europe), the river Po with the Murazzi, the Church of the Gran Madre di Dio and Monte de the Capuchins with the Mountain Museum, the Valentino Castle, the Botanical Garden, the Valentino Park with the Medieval Village.

From Porta Susa railway station, in front of "La Casa del Sole", with High Speed trains in less than an hour you are in the center of MILAN and in just over three and a half hours you are in the heart of VENICE and From Rome.
From Porta Susa you can quickly reach the main airports of the district, by bus and shuttle.

Bus number 72 to the JUVENTUS STADIUM stops under the house and takes you right in front of the "Allianz Stadium and Juventus Museum" and the grand shopping center of Area12!
The number 72 bus (direction Venaria): has two stops right in front of the stadium, "Stadio" and "Stadio Nord". Good game!

If you ARRIVE in Turin by TRAIN: as soon as you exit the Porta Susa station you will find "La Casa del Sole".
If you ARRIVE in Turin by PLANE:
the shuttle from Caselle airport as well as the buses from Milan airport stop opposite, on the other side of the road.
If you ARRIVE in Turin by CAR: it is easy to reach "La Casa del Sole" by leaving the highways or the ring road.

WHERE TO PARK:
- in the underground parking of Corso Bolzano (€ 9.80 per day) which is located just on the opposite side of Piazza XVIII dicembre, visible from the windows of the house!
- inside the blue stripes under the house (€ 1.50 / hour)
- in a free parking area about 1 km from the "Casa del Sole"
