We had a fantastic stay at David’s brownstone. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal with many restaurants and shops nearby. David was a responsive host & answered any questions we had. If we visit Washington, DC again we would try to stay in this home.

We used Uber and metro transportation, and the location made getting around easy. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the charm of staying in a historic brownstone. The host made both check-in and check-out seamless.

Had a great stay in DC. Rooms were clean and large. Property is located in a good location and is near to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Our host was very responsive to all my questions and responded quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Would definitely rebook this property.

This brownstone comfortably housed eleven family members in DC for a wedding and family reunion. Great neighborhood with everything we needed. Great transit. No need for a car. It was our base camp for seeing DC together.

Wonderful rental for our family!

The home was super clean and very comfortable for our family! We had everything we needed and were in a great location close to many good restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and always available if we needed him. We would definitely stay here again!

The house exceeded our expectations. So much space and so many rooms, and very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is fantastic with so many cool restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The Brownstone in DuPont Circle was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out or congregate. The location was great. Easy walk to the White House or Zoo and right around the corner from a lively street in Adams Morgan. David was easy to work with and all our needs were met. I would highly recommend this location.

Great location for multi-generational families

Outstanding property in an excellent for large families. Nearby restaurants and shopping added to a great DC experience. It was a great place to return after a day of sightseeing. Everyone had space for their needs.

Property is very well located. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. Only street parking available which depending on timing could be challenging. Kitchen was nice but could be even better for family events with the addition of serving dishes, cutting boards and dish towels.
