Casa Anastasia is a 5 minute walk (115 stairs and street) from bars, restaurants, shops, bus and taxis stops.
In 15-20 minutes on foot, along the characteristics streets and stairs, you get to the center and the beach or in 5 minutes by local bus.

To reach the house from the main road (via Guglielmo Marconi) you need to go down about 115 steps.
Access to the house is via an avenue shared with other owners, once you have crossed the avenue you enter Casa Anastasia. Through a small flight of stairs (about 10).

Guests will have access to the entire house, the small terrace in front of the house and the roof terrace, the only shared space is the small flight of stairs that gives access to the property and a small stretch of terrace that allows the owner to access to the apartment on the ground floor, which is covered by a divider.
