The house has a beautiful pool, barbecue area and covered clay oven, ecological garden, stone fence (which gives privacy to the house), campfire area (ideal for a relaxing time in the evenings), gas therma, video surveillance system (safe house 24 hours a day), outdoor lighting with solar panels, bathrooms with tempered glass showers, not very powerful wifi network, terrace of more than 90 m2 of porcelain, terrace with roof sun and shadow.

Also within the condominium there are cycling routes for which you can take your bicycles. We can rent two mountain bikes if you wish. They can also do mountaineering and hiking.

The house is rented furnished so you do not have any worries and enjoy relaxing, stress-free, worry days. Includes complete utensils, grill utensils and cable by direct TV.

Guests can make use of the services provided by the club house of the condominium where the house is located, which has swimming pools, soccer fields, games for children.

We are always in constant communication with our guests (before, during and after their arrival), with the aim of making their stay in the house as pleasant and without any setback.

Finally, we comment that the electricity in the house works with ecological solar panels so we ask to rationalize the consumption of it.
The house is located in the district of Cieneguilla, within an ecological condominium, it has security checkpoints and round staff 24 hours a day. We recommend you arrive with private transport (there is no public transport), since the house is located in the Condominium Las Bahías, Urb. Quebrada de las Tinajas, 25 to 35 minutes approx. from the oval of Cieneguilla, and to reach it you have to travel a stretch of trail, it is for this reason that we provide maps for the arrival of the destination, permanent advice for the arrival, we even offer the possibility of guiding them on the road, under An additional payment.
