A scaffolding is going to be placed on the façade due to some works to be carried out from March to the end of May, on the top floor to be able to access it.

Because of its great location, it is possible to walk to any strategic and interesting point of the city: Shopping center, Parte Vieja, (known for its famous gastronomy of both pintxos and restaurants), theaters, museums, port, beaches, river, gardens, parks etc.
It is not necessary to use a car to get around the city.
The area is surrounded by all kinds of trade, food, fashion, etc.
Area very well connected with all types of transport.
15 minutes walk from both train and bus stations. (North Station and Atotxa Station).
