Cozy old Country House in Funen

Nice and cozy country house built in 1847 in the midst of Fuinen.
Green garden and tall trees. A very nice and cosy garden in the back of the house, with many chairs and tables and some sunbeds too. Fully equipped home with 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with a sleeping sofa. Extra bed and a baby bed available as well as a high chair for young children. Conveniently located with only a 5 minute drive to groceries and gas in Korinth, and 12 km to the nearest beach. 25 km to Odense city. Family park at Egeskov Slot only a 10 minutes drive from the house among many other attractions. The key is in a keybox , you go through the gate up to the garden above the house. It stands on the wall to the left in the little house. You will get the code when you arrive.

Beim Ankommen mußte erstmal vieles gereinigt werden, Geschirr , Liegen, Fenster von Spinnweben befreien , durchlüften usw. Es gab keine Übergabe und Einweisung ( Heizung, Strom usw. ) Schlüssel war in der Key Box wie zugesagt. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Ecken draußen zum Sitzen und Verweilen. Preis / Leistung passt und bei gutem Wetter , wie wir es hatten , zu empfehlen. Gruß Bernd

Erwartungen wurden erfüllt

Wir suchten ein Ferienhaus, welches nicht in einer Ferienhaussiedlung liegt. Es sollte 3 Schlafzimmer haben und die An- und Abreisetage sollten flexibel wählbar sein, so dass wir nicht im Stau der Samstage stehen. Und wir wollten 10 Tage buchen. Das alles war hier möglich. Dass wir auf unser Auto angewiesen sein würden, war uns klar. Bis zum wunderschönen Faaborg war es aber ein Katzensprung (nur 15 Min. Fahrt und überall kostenlose Parkplätze). Auch super: Energiekosten waren im Preis inklusive. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden entgegen der Anzeige extra berechnet. Preis war aber fair. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Sauberkeit und Platz in den Schränken für die eigenen Sachen. Das ließ sich aber mit ein paar einfachen Handgriffen beseitigen, da alle Materialien zum Putzen da waren und der Geschirrspüler eine große Hilfe. Wir konnten gut damit leben. Tipp: Lasst die vorherigen Mieter ihr angerissenes Essen mitnehmen. Kein nachfolgender Mieter wird das jemals essen.

Een heerlijk plekje!

We hebben genoten van dit prachtige huis. De ligging is mooi, niet ver van leuke plekken om te bezoeken. Het huis heel comfortabel en compleet. Goeie bedden, een fijne keuken, meerdere gezellige terrassen. Het contact met de verhuurder is prettig. We hebben genoten van een prachtige landelijke omgeving en van een zalige rust.

Schade.ein eigtl. so schönes kleines Häuschen sooooo schmuzig.Haben nach der Ankunft mit drei Frauen 3 Stunden nur geptutzt.Alle Schränke voll ,aber der Inhalt auch schmutzig,haben unsere Sachen garnicht einräumen können...Alles was in die Hand genommen wurde wurde vorher abgewaschen..wirklich kein Erholung für nur 4Tage

beautiful place

Very cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Enough space to parking few cars. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Nice sitting area in the garden invites to prepare BBQ. We used the 3 bedrooms, all of them are very comfortable. Thank you, Asa...we would come back again

Gemütliches Haus im Herzen Fünens

Zwischen Feldern gelegen, bietet dieses reetbedeckte Häuschen einen schönen Anblick. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche läd geradezu ein, für bis zu 8 Freunde oder Familie zu kochen. In drei Schlafzimmern befinden sich gute Doppelbetten, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen. Das 4. Zimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa. Hier finden eher noch kleinere Kinder zu zweit Platz. Wir haben für die 8. Person ein Feldbett daneben gestellt. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Das große, sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer, kann durch genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten für Spiel- oder Kinoabende genutzt werden. Auch der Garten ist sehr großzügig und hübsch angelegt. An verschiedenen Ecken bieten sich auch hier Sitzmöglichkeiten an. Unweit vom Haus befinden sich Angelteiche sowie die Möglichkeit, auf Isländern auszureiten. Bis zum Meer fährt man nur 12 km. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war stets nett und unkompliziert. Deswegen können wir dieses Objekt wärmstens empfehlen!

Dejlig ferie hus

Vi havde en dejlig uge i huset og var heldig med vejret. Der er masser af plads, til at være på, selv om at vi var 7 personer. Den ligger i dejlige rolige omgivelser. Det var nemt at komme i kontakt med udlejren og hun svarede hurtigt tilbage.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau den Angaben. Es ist sehr gemütlich, auch der Ofen hat sehr dazu beigetragen. Die Heizung wärmt das alte Haus aber auch prima. Küche hervorragend ausgestattet! Großes Grundstück für die Kinder zum Toben. Die Lage des Hauses dient als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr nett, sie beantwortet Fragen sofort. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Dejlig bolig på Fyn -

Vi havde nogle rigtig fine dage i huset. Skøn have og et hus med god plads til voksne og børn. Udlejer svarede hurtigt på alle henvendelser. Det praktiske fungerede mægtig godt. At huset får 4 stjerner hænger nok også sammen med, at vi havde 5 dage i strålende forårssol :)

Me Asa Hildur Baldvinsdottir and my husband Vagn Preben Boysen we bought the house in 2007. My husband was born in Denmark about 12 km from our house. Unfortunately he passed away 2018. I am from Iceland and we have lived in Iceland and worked there. We are both hairdresser´s, and we had a Beautysalon in Reykjavik. We absolutely love the house and we have been in Denmark several times every year. We have renovated the house, a new thatched roof, new floors, more isolation in the walls and painted them and a brand new kitchen. Plus we have renovated the garden a lot, especially above the house, or east, which we usually call "Mallorca" because it is so nice and warm and isolated from everything the traffic and everything.
We have two boys Petur and Andreas.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to find a house in "Ringe were Vagn was born and Vagn always whished that he could buy exactly that kind of house. We found several houses, but we fell for that one.
