A spacious semi-detached villa in a quiet location, near the center of Lignano Pineta, with fenced garden and parking, approx. 200m from the beach.
On the garden floor living-dining room with kitchen and sofa bed, equipped patio; on the first floor 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace. For 4-5 guests. TV sat, washing machine, microwave, a/c (extra).

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-A security deposit is required to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The amount can swing between 100eur and 250eur, depending on the accommodation type. The security deposit will be returned to the guests at the check-out, after the property inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.
