- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (1,20)
- Living room: 1 sofa bed

The living room is spacious and with large windows, furnished with rustic furniture and flat screen TV.
The kitchen is completely equipped. It has kitchenware, microwave, hob and fridge.

The accommodation is located in the Rectoral House of the Parish Church of Santa Cecilia, in Rozas de Sanabria, built in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
Currently renovated to be allocated to Rural Tourism.
The space is distributed in 3 comfortable independent homes (fully equipped with all comforts) and 4 spacious rooms, offering quality accommodation ideal to enjoy the tranquility of the environment.
- You can rent all complete for large groups up to 21 seats.
Both rural homes and rooms have several common areas:

- The Shed: A large room with capacity for 20 people. Meeting place where they can have breakfast, lunch and dinner all together.

- Buffet breakfast "El Cura": A place where breakfast is served at the request of the client
- Large barbecue in the garden patio
- Living room (only for the rooms). Located on the top floor for the enjoyment of the guests of the rooms. It has a TV, sofas, fridge and microwave.
- Free parking
House's rules:

- Entry from 2 pm to 10 pm and departure before 12 noon.
- Pets are not allowed.
