Equipped with 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a shower room, it can accommodate 6 people in great comfort, in the middle of a walnut grove, with its bright terrace, facing west, with a magnificent view of the sunset. .
Located in the hamlet of Lafaurie, we are close to all the shops in the town of Beynat (6 km), Brive La Gaillarde (15 km).
Guaranteed activities with the Canoe on the Dordogne: Beaulieu, Argentat (19 km), numerous hikes from the house, tourist and gastronomic visits (markets ...), cultural (Lascaux, Sarlat ...).

Maison rénové avec goût, quelques améliorations a apporter.
Intérieur très bien rénové à notre goût. Bel extérieur. Le gros bémol ne pas proposer le wifi quand là Box n'est pas dans la maison connexion trop aléatoire, avec des adolescents bonjour l'inconfort. Petit bémol maison bruyante les portes grincent et des que l'on bouge à l'etage tout résonne. Ensemble satisfaisant, encore mieux avec qques améliorations. Bon rapport qualité prix. Ps nous ne sommes pas dans le perigord

Très belle maison , bien décorée,bien équipée ,au calme.l'acceuil est chaleureux.
Petit bémol :pas de réseau internet et trés faible reception tel.
La région est riche de nombreux sites magnifiques et les corréziens sont trés accueillant.
Ne ratez pas le marché nocturne de BEYNAT du mardi soir avec barbecues à disposition et orchestre.super soirée 😅.

Maison agréable et bien équipée.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre bébé. Les parents de la propriétaire sont forts sympathiques. Un joli petit chemin derrière la maison mène sur un panoramique magnifique.
