There is also a ground floor shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include a sitting room with an electric fire and a kitchen within a dining area. Outside, there is off-road parking and a rear enclosed garden with table and chairs. 6 Smithfield Lane is a charming property, perfect for exploring North Wales. One well-behaved pet welcome, but please do not take your pet upstairs. Please let Sykes Cottage know if you are bringing a pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within a 1-minute walk.
