We offer well-travelled guests apartments that are stylish, modern and aptly furnished with the amenities and services required to aid any business or leisure stay.
The beautiful accommodation is decorated in warm earthy tones. It features an open plan living and dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 open bedroom, 1 bathroom and a balcony.
The spacious and inviting living area has corner sofa bed, SMART TV with NETFLIX and fireplace to warm up by. A pine dining area can comfortably sit up to 4 for intimate and relaxed meals. A spacious fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired appliances with a cooker hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
The romantic master bedroom boasts a solid wooden double size bed, wooden occasional furniture and a pretty interior to delight and relax. A second, open bedroom features the same pretty and delightful interior and is furnished with one solid wood single bed. Both bedrooms have a lot of natural lights.
A large modern tiled bathroom features a power shower, wash basin and toiletry.
On a balcony overlooking the garden, you can enjoy your breakfast while sunbathing.
There is a WASHING MACHINE in a separate place available for all the guests to use.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Balkon

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser sehr sauberen, ruhigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und Marina ist eine freundliche und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin. Es lässt sich viel Zeit mit gemeinsamem Kochen, Entspannen, oder Spielen auf dem Balkon verbringen. Das Restaurant im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Beide Küsten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar (über Mautstraßen) und immer eine Fahrt wert. Für einen Strandbesuch und Schnorcheln im Meer war unser Favorit Lovran. Begeistern konnten uns auch die vielen alten Städtchen - besonders Hum mit seinem Museum. Ein weiteres Highlight war die geführte Höhlenwanderung bei Pazin. Feste (Wander)Schuhe nicht vergessen! Fazit: Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung.

Combine a day-trip to HUM-the smallest town in the world, with visits to some of the neighbouring hill towns such as DRAGUĆ, GROŽNJAN or MOTOVUN and enjoy a leisurely meal at "ROČKA KONOBA" restaurant.
Also worth a visit in the immediate vicinity there is the small picturesque village of KOTLI, which has experienced a new revival after being completely desolated, and is known for its charming water-mills and waterfall.
During your stay you can visit one of the most beautiful promenades on Adriatic coast (35 km from our apartments): VOLOSKO-OPATIJA-IČIĆI-IKA-LOVRAN.
