MIRADOR DEL SEGURA

Newly built rural houses from which you can enjoy superb panoramic views of the historical town of Yeste and the fantastic views of the Segura Valley.

These are three brand-new houses, all fully equipped, only 1.5 km from the town of Yeste and offering unbeatable views of the Segura Valley. They have a swimming pool, as well as the River Segura, just 1km away.

Each house comes with a T.V, D.V.D., fridge, microwave, kettle, air conditioning with a heating pump.

A television in every room.

Outdoors, as well as a large area for walks, each house has an all year round barbecue.

EL TEJO

Three houses, which were opened in 2004, situated just 750 metres from the town of Yeste and offering unbeatable views of the whole of the River Segura Valley.

Without a doubt, this is a place where you can enjoy a pleasant rest and at the same time have the option of visiting and discovering a large area of this magnificent and endless district.

The piece of land has three houses, two of which have two twin bedrooms and a third with two twin bedrooms and one double. The three houses include a 1.30 metre sofa bed in the lounge.

Each lounge has a fireplace, hot and cold air conditioning and also two sofas where you can comfortably watch T.V and the DVD.

A television in all the bedrooms.

The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, washing machine and microwave
Each room has wardrobes and cupboards with bed linen.

There is a barbecue available all year round, and also next to this there is a table and stone seats. The firewood is free.

EXCELENTE!!

La casa es preciosa, muy limpia y acogedora, tiene todo lo que necesitas, tanto como utensilios de cocina, manteles, mantas, toallas, lavadora, todo. Las sabanas, toallas y trapos de cocina estaban en bolsitas, la cocina supr limpia y en general todo perfecto. El trato con los dueños muy bueno, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo, tanto como con cosas de la casa (butano, clentar la casa antes de que llegaramos, etc) como cualquier otra cosa, nos quedamos con el coche atascados en la montaña un par de veces y nos ofrecieron recogernos, nos ayudaron a sacar el coche de un barrizal y nos llevaron a casa por la noche. Nos recogieron el la entrada del pueblo y nos indicaron todo perfectamente. De verdad, unas personas encantadoras y la casa perfecta. Tanto a mi como a mi pareja nos ha encantado, volveremos seguro!

Una casa estupenda

Estuvimos del 26 al 28 de febrero, estábamos en alerta por nieve y viento pero la verdad es que en la casa no hacía nada de frío. Está muy bien acondicionada, y eso que la reservamos por la mañana para entrar por la tarde. Cuando llegamos estaba la calefacción encendida así que la casa no estaba fría. El trato con los dueños estupendo, en general muy bien todo, la casa muy limpia, la zona estupenda y toda la leña que necesites ahí la tienes. Seguro que repetimos, un 10.

¡Otro fin de semana rural con mi perro!

Estuvimos en septiembre de 2014, y nos gustó tanto, que volvimos...y volveremos otra vez, ya que cuando algo nos gusta, repetimos. José Luis, el dueño, como siempre muy amable y con total disponibilidad. La casa es estupenda, es de las mejores que he visto, y ya he pasado por unas cuantas: tiene todos los utensilios de cocina que puedas necesitar (tostador, exprimidor...), televisor en cada habitación, y toallas, manteles, incluso trapos de cocina, que vienen embolsados como si vinieran de una lavandería. Las vistas son preciosas, sobre todo desde la casa en la que estuvimos, la número 4, de las casas de El Mirador del Segura. Y como siempre, para la gente que tenemos perro, agradecer que nos permitan viajar con nuestras mascotas. ¡Os lo recomiendo!

Muy recomendable.

Nos gustó mucho pasar un intenso fin de semana en la casa, el entorno y los servicios son muy buenos. Intentaremos volver lo antes posible. Somos de Orihuela (Alicante) y el desplazamiento no es nada pesado. La atención por parte de los dueños muy correcta. Mi mujer tiene dificultad para desplazarse de forma independiente y las facilidades por parte de los propietarios de la casa fue estupenda, gracias por todo.
