Magi Paradise is a new apartment with a lot of sun exposure, comfortable and large. It’s located in the Caniço de Baixo tourist area, with several accesses to the sea, one of them is the Reis Magos beach. Of great accessibility, because it’s next to an entrance to the highway, main road that crosses the south zone of Madeira Island.

The apartment equipped with air conditioning, consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV, stereo, internet, dining table, 2 sofas, large balcony overlooking the sea and laundry. It is within a private housing complex that offers garage, elevator, access to gardens and swimming pool.

Located 500 m from Reis Magos Beach with access to a promenade where you can enjoy a pleasant walk with panoramic views of the sea and find several restaurants and bars.

The Reis Magos beach is known for its clear waters, where you can practice various water activities as diving, stand up paddel, snorkeling among others ...

The Caniço de baixo zone is a sunny area 10 minutes from the city of Funchal, capital of Madeira island and 10 minutes from the airport.

The apartment is placed in the middle of the "Ti Laura" café / restaurant / bar and the "Klenks Café" restaurant / residential. In the surroundings you can see several hotel chains, Spas, supermarkets, etc. It is 10 minutes from Santo da Serra golf course.

We also wish to inform you that check-ins after 10.00p.m. have an extra cost of 20 euros meant to be paid in cash to the host at the arrival time.

Location

In an area we know well. Some great local restaurants bus stop to funchal right in front of property. Great sea views from large balconies.Shame no seating or table on balconies to enjoy views and sunsets.

Um espaço bem equipado, tranquilo e com excelente localização

A localização do apartamento é extraordinária, com fácil acesso à via rápida e a vários pontos da ilha, muito perto do Funchal mas sem o bulício da cidade, muito perto de praias como a dos Reis Magos e de bons restaurantes, supermercados e outros serviços. A vista a partir do apartamento é magnífica. O apartamento está bem equipado (destacando-se o equipamento muito completo da cozinha e máquinas de lavar), tem uma boa rede wi-fi, uma smart tv e um ar condicionado funcional. A insonorização é óptima. A varanda é espaçosa e agradável. A senhora que nos atendeu foi muito competente e prestável. A piscina é tranquila e tem bastante privacidade. O colchão do quarto não era especialmente confortável. A estrutura do sofá-cama estava defeituosa, sendo desconfortável dormir na parte de cima do mesmo. Umas espreguiçadeiras nas piscina seriam bem vindas.
