CASA MIMOSA is a large, beautiful and comfortable villa located in Jávea on the Costa Blanca in Spain. It is situated in the tranquil residential area of Pinosol, just 5 minutes drive from the Arenal sandy beach, the bars, restaurants, shops and night life. With accommodation for up to 8 people, the villa is perfect for holiday makers who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in private surroundings by the poolside. The lawned Mediterranean-style garden around the house is level, well-established and filled with palm trees and tropical plants. The 10x5m swimming pool is easily accessible; there is also an outdoor hot-water shower and a BBQ area.
Inside the villa on the ground floor are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is ‘en suite’,(bathroom with shower)and one full bathroom (shower, , washing machine). The spacious lounge/dining room is bright and comfortable with a delightful sea view. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with direct access to the garden. On the first floor there is another, very private, double bedroom with ‘en suite’ bathroom and a balcony offering panoramic views to the lovely Montgó mountain. All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The lounge leads directly out to the shady covered veranda and also to the poolside sun-terrace furnished with dining table, chairs and sun beds. The property is very secure with a remote-controlled electric entrance gate and parking space for one car. There is plenty of additional parking space on the road outside the villa.
The villa is newly decorated, equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Wi-Fi, a 42” television with satellite and cable service, a DVD and CD player, a secure safe, a burglar alarm system, gas central heating and air conditioning are installed in all house. In addition, all rooms are fitted with high velocity ceiling fans. A high chair and cot are available; all linen, including pool towels, is provided; a complementary welcome pack is included; and a baby sitting and translation service is offered. The property is suitable for children and people with restricted mobility, but we request no smoking inside the house and no pets.
