About this property

Spectacular penthouse 100m from beach in the middle of the Arenal area

The penthouse occupies the complete top floor of one of the highest buildings in the Arenal area and thus offers 320 degree sea- and mountain view.
It is situated in the heart of the Arenal, in midst of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc., very near to the marina, beach infrastructure and commercial center Arenal. It is also next to the tennis club (50m walking distance) with its public swimming pool, fitness center, padel-, squash- and tennis courts (There is an entrance fee to the swimming pool).

Newly renovated, and extremely large (200 internal and 175 external m2) furnitured to a high standard, it provides a spacious, luxurious and modern open plan living experience. The large south-, west- and north facing windows feature motorized blinds and 7 large motorized awnings provide shade for the outside area which is decorated with lots of plants. All rooms are equipped with air condition, ceiling fans and gas central heating. Beds and mattress are excellent quality.

A new type of holiday

We have taken a villa for a number of years but this is the first time we have taken an apartment so close to the Arenal. The initial impression of the building doesnt in any way do justice to the accommodation. It was clean and so spacious that at times it was hard to know if we were all there. It was perfect for our teenage kids to be able to come and go as they pleased with easy access to all the buzz of the Arenal area at night and the beach during the day. It was perfect for our group!

Erg groot penthouse met terrassen rondom. 200 meter van strand en restaurants.

Mooi penthouse met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Vooral mooi door de licht inval en terrassen aan 3 zijden. Strand en boulevard op 200 meter. Javea is een levendige stad. Oude centrum stel weinig voor. Met Ebike prima fietstochten te doen. Contact met eigenaar verliep prima via de app. Aanrader!

Beautiful

Was will man mehr? Promenade, Strand, Meer, einkaufen und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustüre... Einrichtung und Zimmer entsprechen der Beschreibung und Fotos. In den Betten lässt sich sehr gut schlafen. Im allgemeinen grosszügige Räume... Terrasse mit fast Rundumblick auf Meer und Stadt ist super ausgestattet und bietet sehr viel Platz, es ist an alles gedacht damit man sich wohlfühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern ist unkompliziert, beide sind sehr sympatisch und interessiert am Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist toll und wir können es an alle Urlauber empfehlen, die gerne am Strand sein wollen , gerne draussen sitzen und gutes Essen schätzen. Wir kommen wieder . Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man für 4 Wochen benötigt. Haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war hervorragend.

Top Penthouse zentral gelegen

Großes Penthouse mit großer Terrasse in zentraler Lage. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars usw. fußläufig erreichbar. 2 Minuten vom Strand. Jeden Donnerstag Markt in der Altstadt. Auch zur Überwinterung empfehlenswert. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hilft Chris sofort weiter. Er ist immer erreichbar und hilft auch wenn man einen Verkehrsunfall hatte. Gina und er haben auch gute Tipps für Märkte, Restaurants usw. Vielen Dank wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen

Great position for easy access to beach, bars and restaurants. Easy to contact landlord if needed to. Really good value for money as well as fantastic views.
