great property on a very good location to the city Denia and the beach. property with lots of privacy and sun places in the garden. due to the season the pool was to cold to use:). we had a very fine stay for 5 weeks. the property is well equiped with all you need.

Place to rest and enjoy silence

This house hides a treasure: silence, peace and relax. It has all one needs to rest and enjoy nature and surroundings. Perfect size, nice garden and pool, the montgo at its best, and not far away from las Rotas beach and Denia town. Brenda is so helpful and kind, and the gardener is a great guy too. Only missed some more light in the garden at night, but on the other side, it helps to enjoy the stars!! Thanks!!

Very relaxing, quiet safe house and neighborhood. Excellent price.

We arrived in the afternoon and were graciously greeted by host with keys, tour and instructions. We had a gated property and gated garage for our car. The property was beautiful and well manicured. There was a lot of space for 4 adults to stay in the house. The pool was nice and refreshing and I loved to lay out and relax . We went down to the beach ( about 7 min drive) and jet ski on the Mediterranean which was beautiful. The water was so warm and blue. Brenda was always a phone call away and available to help us any time. Would highly recommend!

Fab Place In A Stunning Location

Fabulous spacious villa, (some TLC required in areas) set in lovely grounds with a stunning outlook over the Montgo mountains. If you are not walkers, (fortunately we are) then a car is necessary for you. Taxis are hard to come by from the villa into Denia but much easier to get taxis to take you back. The pool is brilliant, very large for lots of swimming & fun. We would give 5 stars all the way but for cleanliness of the outdoor areas which we wanted to use. We had to clean them ourselves to enable us to eat/sit etc. The landlady, (Brenda) is beyond a superstar, so helpful, easy to contact at any time and such a nice lady. We had a great holidays & we would highly recommend this villa.

Bonjour monsieur, Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de votre propriété et avons été très bien accueilli par Brenda. La maison était conforme à notre attente mais dommage que seule la chambre parentale soit climatisée et que les moustiquaires ne soient pas opérationnelles, bien que ces derniers n'étaient pas au rendez-vous cette année. La salle de douche demanderait à être à rafraichir, la pression de l'eau et chaleur de celle-ci dans la maison en général ne sont pas suffisantes. peut-être faudrait-il mettre des bandes antidérapantes sur le marbre en sortant du séjour car nous avons fait deux grosses chutes. Le wifi est quasi nul et il y a énormément de vent dans le jardin du fait du Montgo. Nous avons pu nous promener, randonner, faire du bateau, du jet ski et surtout nous reposer. Nos jeunes ont beaucoup apprécié le Sounders... Excellent séjour, je recommande.

Große geräumige Villa mit fantastischem botanischen Garten und klasse Ausblick auf den Berg, Swimmingpool sauber aber unbeheizt, ganzer Garten top gepflegt. Sensationell freundliche und kompetente Betreuung vor Ort, Inventar teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten funktionell ausgestattet. Lage der Villa auf dem Berg, etwas außerhalb, zu Fuß kann man nichts machen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die sehenswerte Umgebung gemacht!! War klasse !

Herrlicher Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit schöner Aussicht, Zentrum und Strand sind schnell per Auto erreichbar. Der Außenbereich und Tereasse sind sehr schön, bieten immer einen Schattenplatz und laden zum Verweilen ein. Dass Pool wird nach hinten hin tiefer und war für die Kinder ideal. Die Innenausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Eigentümer und Verwaltung vor Ort sind sehr nett. Einzige Anmerkung, vor dem Hintergrund des Preisniveaus hätte ich Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern erwartet. Fazit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa conviviale et bien agencée, idéale pour découvrir Dénia

La villa est très agréable et décorée avec soin. La literie est bonne. Les salles de bain et la cuisine ne sont pas très modernes, mais elles sont tout à fait fonctionnelles. Dommage qu'il n'y ait la climatisation que dans une des trois chambres. Le jardin est agréable et permet de trouver de l'ombre à tout moment de la journée. Un charmant espace lounge permet de prendre l'apéro en admirant le Montgo. Attention, il faut impérativement une voiture pour rejoindre Dénia.

Paradijs op aarde!

Wat een prachtig huis. Voldoet werkelijk aan alle wensen. Voor jong en oud de perfecte locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie. Super mooi uitzicht en met de auto snel bij de supermarkt, de prachtige stad Denia, of de heerlijke boulevard van Javea. Ook ideaal voor prachtige uitstapjes naar verscholen baaien, grotten, vergezichten en heerlijke restaurantjes. Maar het liefst bleven we eigenlijk gewoon 'thuis', omdat het er zo fijn is. En zo lekker rustig. En met zo'n fantastisch zwembad voor de deur en een goed gevulde koelkast en een boeken- en spelletjeskast, hoefden we eigenlijk nergens meer heen. Kortom, voor iedereen is het een topvakantie geweest!

Het kan niet beter. We hebben zo genoten van het huis. En, de omgeving is ontzettend mooi. Er is veel te doen en te zien. Te veel om op te noemen maar ik zou zeggen, ga er zeker heen.

Heel praktisch huis met mooie tuin en zwembad.

Een volledig ingericht en praktisch huis met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. De tuin is geheel omheind wat heerlijk voor eventuele honden of kleine kinderen is. We waren er 7 weken in de winter (derde keer) en je merkt dat dit huis is gebouwd om warmte buiten te houden. Niet om warmte vast te houden. ‘s Avonds moet je flink stoken. Er is ook een gezellige gashaard. Een nadeel is dat warm water en verwarming op gas werkt (en ongeveer 75 euro pw kost) en dit nogal eens problemen geeft. B.v Gasflessen leeg of niet opgedraaid krijgen. De beheersters zijn altijd bereid om te helpen maar kunnen het gasbedrijf dat langs moet komen ook niet dwingen in het weekend. Dit is echter het enige nadeel van dit verder fantastische huis.

Wunderbare Weihnachten verbracht.

Die Info, keine weiteren Kosten kommen dazu, ist verwirrend und nicht richtig. Reinigung und Gas kommen dazu, obligatorisch. Es war kein Backofen da, war so nicht ausgeschrieben! Es war eine einfache, aber meist funktionale Ausstattung.

Fantastische locatie bij Denia-Xabia

Lang hebben we uitgekeken naar ons verblijf in deze prima woning. Na een kort oriënterend bezoek in mei was het nu eindelijk zover dat we onze vakantie konden doorbrengen in deze villa. Gelegen in een rustige residentiële wijk vlakbij het centrum van Denia en met strand, restaurants en supermarkten in de nabijheid. Een auto is wel nodig bij deze woning. Wij huurden een auto bij Sunny Cars en in combinatie met deze woning hebben we een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Na vriendelijke en stilte ontvangst door twee dames die zorgen voor de uitgave en inname van de sleutels maar ook voor de schoonmaak begon onze vakantie. We waren met vijf volwassenen en dat is met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers geen enkel probleem. De badkamers zijn voorzien van bad/douche en van een douche en beide van een toilet. Er is een slaapkamer met aansluitende badkamer die zeer ruim is. De zitkamer is prima en dat geldt ook voor de eetkamer en het terras buiten waar je ook kunt eten en barbecuen. Het zwembad is prachtig en wordt tweemaal per week schoongehouden. Rondom het zwembad voldoende lig- en zitstoelen met kussens. De keuken beschikt over een keramische kookplaat, koel en vrieskast en een over/magnetron. Verder is de keuken uitstekend voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en goede kwaliteit pannen. In de namiddag en avond begint het vaak te waaien. Met warm weer is dat heerlijk. In de nacht is het zeer rustig en kunnen prima slapen na een dag met zon en zee. We hebben zeer veel foto's gemaakt en we kregen enorm veel leuke reacties van vrienden en collega's die interesse hebben om dit huis ook te huren. Dat zijn wij zelf ook vast van plan om nog een keer te doen! Verder zijn de verhuurders erg stipt in het nakomen van afspraken. We hebben slechts één tip. Als je naar het strand wilt gaan dan zijn er in het huis geen stoelen of parasols die je mee kunt nemen naar het strand. Dan ben je aangewezen op het huren of kopen er van. Aangezien wij met ouders op reis waren hebben we eea gekocht en in huis achtergelaten. Ook zo een extra set hand/theedoek voor in de keuken handig zijn. Maar er zijn zoveel positieve zaken aan het huis dat we met plezier 5 sterren geven! Dank voor een fantastisch verblijf in jullie mooie huis! Paola en Eric

Villa très agréable idéalement situé dans Denia

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa. Accueil très sympathique de Dina et Brenda. La villa est très confortable, tres propre, très bien équipée. Elle est un peu â l'écart de la ville et de l'agitation nocturne du port ce qui est un bien La piscine très propre. Indispensable sous le soleil de la Costa Blanca permet de se détendre agréablement.
