Dear guests,

Rent your villa for a perfect holiday with lots of space and pool, beautiful mountain views and outdoor kitchen.

It has 4 bedrooms.
Downstairs on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with a large bathroom as well as a large living and dining room and kitchen with laundry room. The beds on the ground floor are as follows: A bed of 160x 200 cm. In the second bedroom there are two mattresses measuring 80 x 190 cm (together 160 x 190 cm). The third and largest bedroom has two mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm (180 x 200 cm in total).

An internal staircase with a stainless steel railing leads to the first floor of the house.
The upper bedroom has two mattresses (100 x 200 cm, together 200 x 200 cm) and a bathroom en suite with a walk-in shower, bidet and toilet, as well as opposite the stairs a large walk-in closet and an adjoining small living area with a sofa bed (mattress of 150 x 190 cm) and access to the terrace with beautiful mountain views.

Outside there is a pool (not heatable) and a beautiful terrace facing the pool as well as an outdoor kitchen with cooking and barbecue area. Next to the pool, you can relax in the whirlpool with water up to 40 degrees warm, light therapy, a small illuminated waterfall and a music connection.
There is a parking space for up to 4 cars available.


Our 120 m2 converted basement room has been available to you since the end of 2020

- a large BAR with a large TV, large sofa and children's corner
- Fitness corner with home bike trainer and dumbbells

Close to Folixa Restaurant: 100 m, 550 m to the supermarket, 750 m to the town of Denia and just under 1.2 km to the beach.

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service. Likewise, 105 kw of electricity per week is free; In addition, each kWh is charged at 0.40 EURO. In winter the heating costs are exclusive and calculated according to consumption.

Extras on request for a fee: bicycle rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people, paella evening, private masseur etc. for an additional charge. We also offer a pick-up service for up to 6 people from the airport, please contact us.

We had a very comfortable stay at the villa plenty of room for a group of 5 people. The host was very accommodating and easy to connect. Easy 10mins walk to the supermarkets which there were 3 nearby as we did not have a car , 20mins walk straight into town so good location. I would definitely recommend this villa and would stay again.

Great Villa

A great villa for a family vacation. We stayed here for 4 weeks and invited family over during this time to enjoy beautiful Denia. Plenty of space for multigenerational living, and well catered for young children. The host was very responsive to any queries and the location of the villa was perfect. Just an easy 30 minute walk to the castle in the centre of Denia. But also two nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Beautiful, spacious house

We had the opportunity to live in the house for a week with 3 families. The house is very nice and clean. Lots of amenities such as jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool. The house is equipped with everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful in every topic. Beautiful view of the mountains from the house. Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette villa tout confort. La vue sur la.montagne est magnifique. Il faut juste attention à ne pas faire de bruits le.soir après 23h car le quartier est résidentiel avec des personnes qui y vivent à l'année.

Ein schöner Familien-Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Da wir bereits schon mehrere Male in Dénia gewesen sind, kannten wir bereits die Umgebung sehr gut. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. In die Stadt sind es 5 Minuten. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, so wie wir, läuft auch gerne das eine oder andere Mal nach Dénia rein. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben den Aussengrill gerne genutzt 🙃 Für Fragen stand uns Frau Buch jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, hat uns Frau Buch sofort geholfen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles.

En erg mooi en schoon huis, groot genoeg voor een familie van 10 personen. Fijne communicatie met Agna en vader, en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien! Centraal gelegen supermarkt is 5 min lopen, centrum 10 min met de auto.

Lovely villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at the villa. Agna met us at the Villa and following a quick tour left us with plenty of information about restaurants and local trips. The villa was very clean and spacious and situated just a 15 min walk from Denia. There is a couple of restaurants just a five min walk away as well if your check in is at an inconvenient time. The only area of improvement I can suggest was that the outdoor furniture could have been a little more comfy and the sunbeds.lacked cushions. We'd strongly recommend!

Estancia muy agradable, la casa muy chula y espaciosa, Todo muy bien cuidado y limpio!. Por poner una pega, para mi parecer, por ir con niños, diria que la piscina está muy en medio y sin barreras, con lo cual había que estar pendiente de los niños porque además es bastante honda, pero por lo demás muy recomendable.

Tolles Haus mit Blick auf den Montgo

Wir haben mit 8 Personen einen tollen Urlaub in Denia verbracht. Das Haus mit tollem Pool ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Kleine Mängel, wie ein verstopftes Waschbecken wurden nach einem Anruf sofort behoben. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Am Haus gibt es eine offene Außenküche, die wir gerne mehrmals zum Grillen genutzt haben. Zum Strand musste man einige Minuten gehen, worauf wir allerdings vorbereitet waren. Vielen Dank an Agna und ihren Mann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a great time staying here. Agna was always just a phone call away if we needed anything and helped with recommendations for places to visit and eat. Would recommend a car as a bit of a walk to the shops especially if you are going in the heat of the summer 😅overall a great place to stay

El estado en que se encontraba la pisicina, completamente verde, era lamentable. Entramos un domingo y hasta el miércoles, no le dieron ninguna solución, tras muchos mensajes a la persona de contacto. Encontramos en el fondo de la pisicina hasta un paquete de plástico que envolvía salchichas. Lamentable. La limpieza, deficiente, pues entre los huecos del sofá, encontramos de todo... Pocas soluciones y siempre con excusas. Una pena, pues la casa, bien mantenida y cuidada, está muy bien. Amplia y todo relativamente nuevo. Cerca, un buen restaurante, que merece la pena. Para el precio que se pagó, no se da el servicio que debería, en cuanto a soluciones a los problemas.

Modern, spacious and well equipped villa

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa which was very modern and clean, having only been refurbished fairly recently. The villa is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and is convenient to two large supermarkets on the same road and a short drive to town centre, sea front, marina and beaches. Agna was very helpful and easy to deal with and we had no problems at any stage. Highly recommended.

La casa es amplia y estaba limpia. No le pongo cinco puntos porque faltaba un poco de menaje y nos avisaron que teníamos limitado el gasto de luz una vez llegamos allí, por lo que no podíamos poner la calefacción.
