Well-kept vacation home with fantastic views of the sea & the bay of Denia

High quality and well maintained holiday home in a quiet location on the edge of the Montgo Natural Park and yet close to the center.
The house is built in the midst of a 800 m² property and offers a fantastic view of the sea, the port of Denia, the historic Castello and the mountain Montgò. In the beautiful garden you can experience a typical planting with many large palms, cycads and citrus trees (lemons, oranges, mandarins) and a large almond and olive tree. A flowering oleander hedge surrounds the property on three sides. The cypress hedge includes the land opaque to the neighbor.
The spacious entrance is about 1m above the main entrance, so luggage and purchases through 6 levels can be brought into the house with ease.
An automatic sliding gate closes the entrance to the road from out.
In the house itself there are all the rooms on a barrier-free living level.
A washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
Both bathrooms contain showers. In the master bathroom has a walk-in shower spacious, each with radiators, the guest bath with additional heater.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, each with double bed, one bedroom with en suite bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, central heating.
Kitchen: open kitchen with breakfast bar and bar, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, rich equipment of cooking utensils and crockery.

All windows and exit door to the pool area with mosquito nets.
Flat exit to the patio and a stage to the terrace around the pool (4m x 8m with roman steps).

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren Töchtern (9 und 13) in der Casa Palmera verbracht. Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, Technik auf hohem Standard. Belle semaine à Denia

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Denia. A notre arrivée apres plusieurs heures de route et qu'il faisait chaud monsieur Reiner nous avons préparé des boissons au frais et de quoi faire un repas ce qui etait vraiment super ! La vue est magnifique sur la mer et la montagne de plus. Il y avait la fete de Denia le 15 aout ce qui fut une belle surprise pour notre petite famille.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Die Villa hatte alles was man so gebraucht hat, wir hatten Tage wo wir die Villa nicht ein mal verlassen haben. Bei Probleme war sofort die nette Hausverwalterin da und hat uns geholfen und auch der check in und check out lief reibungslos. Denia ist eine sehr schöne Stadt wo man viel erleben kann und es gibt so viele gute Restaurants das man nie so richtig weis wo man hin soll. Der Pool war das Highlight für uns und vorallem für meinen Sohn, er wurde alle 4 tage gereinigt und es gab kein tag wo wir nicht im Pool waren, alles in allem ein Wunderschöner Urlaub Vielen dank

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil - tolle Lage in Dénia

Wir haben uns im „Casa Palmera“ über 2 Wochen rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Umgebung bieten alles, was es für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Tolle Lage, privater Pool, herrlicher Ausblick auf Dénia, den Hafen, das Meer und die Berge des Montgo. Insbesondere die hervorragende Ausstattung der Küche war für uns als Selbstversorger prima! Gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Domizil!!

Sehr hochwertige, komfortable und liebevolle Ausstattung des Hauses, des Aussenbereiches und des Grundstückes! Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter haben uns jederzeit mit Empfehlungen versorgt und auch im Haus findet sich eine hilfreiche Gästemappe mit vielen Tipps und Erläuterungen zu Haus und Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt etwa fünf Minuten mit dem Auto vom Hafen und Stadtkern Denias entfernt und in der Nähe finden sich mehrere sehr gut sortierte Supermärkte. Mehrere Strände sind innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Und wenn man am Haus bleiben möchte, genießt man sowohl tagsüber als auch abends den wunderschönen Ausblick auf Denia und das Meer. Wir waren begeistert!! :-D

Maison très agréable et spacieuse ou rien ne manque. Grande piscine bien entretenue. Accueil personnalisé avec boissons fraiches à l'arrivée et panier garni à notre disposition. La maison est très bien équipée. Elle est très agréable vivre... cuisine et séjour ont un accès direct sur la terrasse, le barbecue et la piscine, ce qui permet de garder toujours un oeil sur les enfants! La piscine est très grande et la vue magnifique ! Dénia est une ville sympa : port, plages, fête foraine, rues commerçantes, marchés... De belles vacances en famille :)

Haus in super Lage

Dieses Haus ist wunderbar gelegen. Es liegt am Parque Natural del Montgo, also auch für Wanderfreunde ideal. Die Familie Ehmann hat da ein richtiges Schmuckstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Auch hat Familie Ehmann dafür gesorgt, dass am Ankunftstag zur Begrüßung Getränke und Snacks bereit standen. Es war alles vorhanden, sogar Strandhandtücher. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Unser Gesamturteil: Sehr gut! Diese Einschätzung kommt von Familie Stoll aus Paderborn.

In diesem Haus fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Tolle Lage, fantastischer Meerblick und ein schöner Pool mit wunderschöner Beleuchtung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe, nur 5 Minuten bis Lidl und Consum. Wir haben unsere 4 Wochen sehr genosossen.

Erholsame Urlaubstage in einem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus in schöner Lage mit traumhaftem Blick

Bereits der erste Eindruck lässt die Erwartungen an einen erholsamen Urlaub noch weiter steigen. Das sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage überzeugt mit einem schönen Außenpool und Palmengarten. Der Blick auf das Meer macht sofort Lust darauf die Gegend näher zu erkunden. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr gemütlich und dennoch für alle Notwendigkeiten des Alltags umfassend ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Gerätschaften bestückt, so dass die Selbstversorgung sehr gut möglich ist. Bequeme Betten, genügend Stauraum in den zur Verfügung stehenden Schränken, eine Waschmaschine, Fernseher und bereit liegende Informationen über Ort und dort vorhandene Gastronomie runden das gelungene Gesamtbild ab.

Eine der schönsten und gepflegtesten Villen am Montgo

In dieser sehr schönen, gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa Casa Palmera haben wir wie bereits in 2017 auch in 2018 ab Mitte August einen herrlichen 8-wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Das Casa Palmera empfinden wir als ein Kleinod und das Haus inkl. Garten gehört zu den schönsten und gepflegtesten Anwesen am gesamten Montgo. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer ist phantastisch. Schon heute freuen wir uns außerordentlich darauf, im kommenden Jahr unseren Urlaub zur gleichen Zeit wieder an diesem besonderen Ort zu verbringen. Edith & Werner aus Stuttgart

La vue est fantastique de jour comme de nuit. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très agréable et rapide. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir waren im Juni 2018 für eine Woche in diesem Haus. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Es gibt eine gut ausgestatteten Küche, einen tollen Grill auf der Terrasse, einen sehr schönen Pool und eine herrliche Außendusche, - sogar mit warmen Wasser! Außerdem ist alles sehr gepflegt und in einem deutlich überdurchschnittlichen Zustand. Für die Sonnenliegen und Stühle gibt es sogar wunderbar weiche Auflagen und einen großen Sonnenschirm. In diesem Haus fällt Erholung leicht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit herrlicher Aussicht

In der sehr schönen, gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa haben wir ab Mitte August 2017 einen herrlichen 8-wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick zum Meer und über die Stadt. Zu den Geschäften und zu guten Restaurants fährt man nicht weit. Die Vor-Ort-Ansprechpartner waren immer zuvorkommend und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die vertragliche Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter inkl. Rückgabe der Kaution war vorbildlich. In dieser sehr schönen Villa möchten wir gerne nochmals einen Urlaub verbringen. Edith & Werner aus Stuttgart

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat einen tollen Pool mit großer Terrasse inkl. Liegen und Außendusche. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und mit großem Flachbild-TV (u.a. deutsches TV-Programm) und Docking-Station für ipad oder Tablet, sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbst eine große Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen ist vorhanden. Neue Klimaanlagen, auf die man bei der einen oder anderen heißen Nacht zurückgreifen muss, sind da und funktionieren einwandfrei. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe ging schnell, professionell und unkompliziert über die Bühne. Von der Poolterrasse, auf der sich auch ein großer Holzkohlengrill befindet, hat man einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Denia mit der Burg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die Strände kann man mit dem PKW sehr gut erreichen. Ein großer schattiger Stellplatz für den PKW ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. War waren zum ersten Mal da und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen und tollen Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig!

Wunderschönes Haus in herrlicher Lage am Montgo

Wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Blick über Denia mit der Burg und dem Hafen bis hin zum Meer ist traumhaft. Bei einem Glas Rotwein kann man Abends auf der Poolterrasse herrlich entspannen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
