Our house is located in a quiet residential area on the Montgo in Denia, with a view of this lively port city on the Costa Blanca. With only a few steps, the Villa Casa Elan is almost at ground level despite the slope and is therefore also suitable for the disabled. The approx. 115 m² living space is divided into a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen, a winter garden, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with a total of five air conditioning units hot / cold and also has a gas fireplace, which provides a cozy warmth on cooler evenings or in the winter months in addition to heating.

Free WiFi is included in the offer. Likewise, of course, the associated internet connection.

All windows have fly screens and electric shutters for your convenience. Fly screens are also available to the patio and the winter garden.

The living room offers comfortable, bright leather sofas with relax function and a new flat screen. A SONOS Beam provides the right sound, whether for the TV, the Blu-Ray player or just for your music stream.

There is another music system in the winter garden. This offers Airplay, classic radio or a CD and USB connection.

Since spring 2018, the Casa has been offering you a completely new kitchen, equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a gas hob with an oven and a microwave. Beautiful crockery along with plenty of pots and pans, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, hand blender, egg cooker, ... complete the furnishings.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures and built-in cupboards provide enough storage space. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 1.80 m / 2 m, it has another flat screen and a bathroom en suite, which has a bathtub with whirlpool function. In the second bedroom there are two single beds of 0.9 m / 2 m each, which can be pushed together to form another double bed. A French bed, 1.5 m / 2 m, in the third bedroom completes the sleeping offer for six people. Another bathroom has a shower.

From the living room you can access a fully glazed winter garden with a fantastic view of the city and the sea, furnished with a rattan seating area and onto the pool terrace, which is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. The private, well-tended kidney-shaped swimming pool is 5 x 10 meters very large and can be safely climbed via a Roman staircase with a railing. In addition, an outdoor shower provides refreshment in between.

If you like it sunny, the 35 m2 sun terrace on the garage roof, which can be reached by stairs, is just right. In the courtyard there is a large, individually bricked barbecue and two seating areas, where cozy barbecues are guaranteed. The enclosed property is located in a pure residential area on a small, hardly used street and is covered with oleander hedges, flowering bushes and palm trees. It is secured by an electric gate. Your car can be accommodated in the carport, also with an electric gate. There is also enough space for another car. If you have the need to wash clothes in between, there is a lockable room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Our holiday home Casa Elan is located in the quiet and preferred residential area of Marquesa II on the slopes of Montgo in Denia on the Costa Blanca.
On a completely fenced, sunny and almost invisible plot of almost 800 m² with a wonderful sea view, a completely renovated villa in the typical Spanish, cozy architectural style with sophisticated furnishings awaits you in winter 2013/14.

A small center, which has two restaurants or Cafés, a small supermarket with fresh bread every day and a pharmacy. About one kilometer up the Montgo, you are already in beautiful nature and can hike there undisturbed or live out your sporting ambitions by bike.
