NEW - Dénia - 4 bedroom villa with private pool 1km from the beach

4 bedroom villa located on the edge of Dénia / Oliva about 1km from the beach (500m as the crow flies) in the middle of orange fields.
Private swimming pool of 4X8 meters (depth of 1m15 to 1m70 with staircase access).
Do not be afraid of the lack of appreciation. We are new hosts will be delighted to share with you our little corner of paradise.
4 bedrooms for 2 people each
- Bedroom 1 or master bedroom with double bed and 3-door cupboards and adjoining shower room + air conditioning

The lack of appreciation from travelers can scare you. It is explained by the fact that we are a new owner (this is the first time that we are renting it out). Do not hesitate to ask any additional questions that may reassure you.

Animals are accepted under certain conditions: tenants agree to pick up excrement (especially outside), animals do not go on the lounge chair, an additional € 20 per animal is required to cover the costs of additional cleaning (in particular the hairs to be collected in the house).

For the winter months (mid-October-end of March): electricity and WIFI are additional (cost price). For long durations (in winter) an arrangement can be found.

Villa très agréable

Maison fonctionnelle dans un cadre agréable et discret non loin de la plage. La piscine propre et nettoyée chaque semaine était très appréciée avec la douche extérieure. Nous avons pu profiter des vélos à disposition (sur 3 en taille adulte 1 n’était pas opérationnel). La cuisine extérieure avec le barbecue et la plancha nous ont bien été utile (il manque juste la poêle à paella). Pour se reposer ou lire à l’extérieur, il y a plusieurs endroits ombragés… et bien d’autres points positifs. Seul bémol que nous nous permettons de signaler, c’est la propreté des salles de bains et du congélateur à notre arrivée ; nous avons été obligés de les nettoyer en partie. Sinon, nous avons passé vraiment de belles vacances dans cette belle location !

Séjour magique

Nous avons passé 10 jours inoubliables ! La maison très propre, grande avec tout le nécessaire et même plus !!! La piscine, les repas à l'ombre d'un grand figuier ,les promenades autour dans le calme ,ont fait de ces vacances une source d'énergie. Dans la maison ,plein des jeux pour enfants , des vélos , très pratiques pour aller à la plage, balades ou 2 courses à l'épicerie d'à coté. .Nuria est là pour tout petit problème , toujours souriente . Ne vous posez plus des questions...allez-y !!!

echt een gezinswoning

Het huis en de grote tuin + het zwembad zijn zeer geschikt voor een gezin met kinderen . de kinderen moeten wel zwemmen kunnen ivm dat het zwembad 1.5 tot 2meter diep is maar voor wat oudere kinderen is het perfect ook kun je gebruikmaken van de fietsen 2 volwassen en 2 kinderfietsen om naar het dichtbijgelegen strand te fietsen +/-5 minuten . In het huis is er veel ruimte zoals de keuken en woonkamer en de 4 slaapkamers zijn voorzien van goede bedden. handdoeken etc zijn ruim voldoende aanwezig Klein min puntje is ,dat het laatste stukje weg naar het huis is slecht met veel gaten in de onverharde weg Het contact met Nuria verliep perfect En willen haar hiervoor bedanken, we hebben een hele leuke tijd en verblijf gehad .

Comodidad y tranquilidad

La casa está muy bien equipada, dormimos muy bien y no echamos en falta nada. El jardín genial, a la sombra del olivo hicimos aperitivos geniales y después un chapuzón en la piscina. Han sido unas vacaciones de 10. Gracias Núria por tus atenciones. Esperamos volver.

Lugar tranquilo y agradable

Nuria, que nos recibió, majísima, todo limpio, en orden, con detalle de entrada, hasta nos dejó un ventilador de su propiedad para el dormitorio que no tenía aire La piscina muy limpia y calentita, al igual que la ducha de exterior, con agua caliente. Rica limonada con los limones del arbol, playa cercana, a cinco minutos en coche. Acceso sin asfaltar, pero tramo muy corto. Recomendable. Gracias
