About this property

The villa is located in the well-kept, sought-after and quiet district of Montgó near Denia. The next two big shopping markets are just 1300 meters away. The nearest restaurant is about 700 meters. It is about 2.5 km to Dénia city. The nearest sandy beach of Dénia town is just 2.0 km away.

The villa is about 130 m2. The property is completely enclosed with an outer wall and automatic gate. The total area is about 850 m2. The garden is maintained weekly, the pool area and whirlpool depending on the weather and needs of a gardener and caretaker. It has an 8 x 4 meter private pool with outdoor shower. In addition, there is a whirlpool with 3-4 places available on the roof terrace. Also, the villa has a practical summer / outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and gas stove. On the roof of the villa there is a large terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. In addition, it has a covered carport and a separate access accessible laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house was largely refurnished in November 2017, partially renovated and equipped with new electrical and air conditioning units. In addition, the garden was renewed and the garden planting partly replaced or supplemented. In spring 2018, a professional whirlpool with 52 massage jets was installed on the roof terrace. The whirlpool can accommodate 3-4 people.

Generally, the villa has several built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), tea maker and fridge with freezer compartment.

By satellite you have various German and Spanish TV channels available. In addition, there is Wi-Fi reception throughout the hotel. (Costs including house rent)

Pets are not allowed and smoking in the house is not allowed.

The villa has gas central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms and cheminee in the living room.

For the final cleaning is a flat rate of 130 euros. For the bed linen, hand and bath towels are a flat rate of 30 euros to pay.

A cot and high chair is available if required. (Flat fee if used 30 euros)

Una casa preciosa muy bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones estupendas

La casa maravillosa todo muy cuidado y Dénia un sitio muy bueno para pasar unas vacaciones de playa y gastronomía, con playa de arena y calas fantásticas para otro deportes acuáticos

Entspannter Aufenthalt in sehr gepflegtem Haus

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es hat eine gemütliche Einrichtung und eine sehr gute Ausstattung und landschaftlich schöne Lage am Hang des Montgo mit Blick auf das Meer und die Birg von Denia. Checkin und Checkout mit Samuel waren perfekt, Fragen wurden auch während des Aufenthaltes schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Ein Auto ist für den Aufenthalt erforderlich.

Wunderschöne Tage in Denia/Montgo

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem sehr gepflegten, sehr gut ausgestatteten, ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter war jederzeit äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Supers vacances ensoleillées et relaxantes à Dénia

Nous avons passées de très agréable vacances à Dénia :-) : chaleur, soleil ... il y a beaucoup de vent à Dénia mais on le savait pour y être déjà venus : il se lève dès que la température monte de trop ! La villa "Jolivert" est très bien équipée et décorée et elle est très fonctionnelle : de nombreuses choses sont mises à notre disposition. Le soleil brille toute la journée tout autour de la villa et avec le jardin cela permet de toujours avoir de l'ombre : ce qui en été à Dénia est indispensable ! La piscine est très bien et assez grande pour une famille avec enfants et ados (on peut y mettre plusieurs matelas gonflable ;-)). La maison a une très jolie vue d'un côté sur le Montgo (à pieds on peut aller s'y balader) et de l'autre sur la mer ; et avec une voiture nous sommes en quelques minutes près de tous les commerce, du centre ville et aussi des plages. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui, par Whatsapp, a toujours été disponible pour nous conseiller (une plage ou un restaurant), ou nous indiquer le fonctionnement de certains appareils. Des supers vacances !!

Super vacances

Super villa Située dans le parc du Montgo tout simplement magnifique endroit. Pas très loin de la Plage et avec des températures idéales ! Bref je recommande vivement cette villa qui de prt sa situation et son équipement, a aussi un propriétaire et une gestionnaire aux écoutes et très joignable !
